Food:
I ordered the Cuban Sandwich which was good. I also purchased a pineapple drink that haven’t seen or tasted in a couple of decades. I’m not a soda drinker but I just had to purchase one and it was just as delicious 😋as I remembered it.
Service:
I walked in and no one else was there except two employees who were speaking to each other. I had to practically stare at one in order to get some attention. I was addressed in English but of course, as an AfroLatina, I responded in Spanish.
Afterwards, I felt completely ignored especially since I was the only customer in the cafe and the employees continued to speak loudly to each other. Finally, a delivery guy showed up and it was an instant celebration amongst them. When my sandwich was ready, it was placed on the counter without a simple acknowledgement. They could’ve said something like, “ma’am, here’s your sandwich, I hope you enjoy it.
Atmosphere:
The restaurant was clean on the exterior and interior. The vibe was unwelcoming and therefore, I will not be returning. QUALITY customer service is key in any business.
Great Cuban food
Great food. Good amount for the price. Service was awesome.
Great food and service.
The best Cuban around! We drive to Baytown from Pearland for the Cuban sandwich, boiled yucca, and the cafe con leche.
Basic breakfast. Cuban bread was legit. My potatoes that came with my omelet were cold, so I guess they make them ahead of the order for speed sakes. The paper menu in store is not up to date, but they keep putting more out instead of updating it. Don't order a side of meat it will cost $4 for 1 sausage pate vs $1.75 to and it to your omelet or sandwich. Was interested in lunch, but after that, I decided to keep my money.
Good experience. Authentic cuban bread, staff was very friendly.
I got a breakfast cuban with bacon as the protein, bacon was cooked the way I love it. Also pictured is a breakfast empanada with sausage. Food was fresh and hot.
I was hoping to get a cuban with palomilla and I didn't see it as a menu option. I'll have to ask next time, will be back when I'm in Baytown for work.
Absolutely wonderful! Excellent service and they were very attentive to food allergies. Everything is obviously made fresh to order as I was able to get the chicken and cheese empanadas without cheese, as I'm allergic to milk proteins. I also ordered the picadillo plate and substituted vegetables for the rice. They did up squash and onions which was perfectly cooked. Everything tasted wonderful! This was my first visit but I will definitely be back
Best breakfast in town!!!

Food and services were great, real authentic Cuban food
Every empanada was good. The cuban sandwich is my list for next stop.
Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Seems like the locals know the well. Ordered a 3 egg breakfast (big portions) and a 3 egg sandwich with cafe con leche, all were delicious. Todo bien!
I’ve lived in this town my whole life and never have I had a sandwich so delish! Today was my first visit and everything tasted so fresh! The customer service was amazing and the art work is beautiful! I’ll definitely comeback ! I can’t wait to try their coffee because everyone should know Cuba has the best coffee!
