The experience was consistent with fast food restaurants. The dining area was clean. My fries were not consistent with what Wendy’s is known for. The seasonal Salty Caramel Frosty was intriguing and quite enjoyable!

Worst service everytime I order something on the mobile app they can't find my ticket like today oct9 ordered the krabby patty meal and they didn't want to give it to me because they could find my ticket even do I showed them the receipt in my phone

If y’all are gonna hire kids make sure they can be respectful at least the kid tonight was very rude he was playing on the intercom and when I got to the window he was still rude I asked him for a spoon for my frosty he shut the window on me and stayed standing there I finally get his attention and and asked to just speak to the manager she comes to the window I tell her what’s going on and he cuts her off and is being very rude I asked her could she ask him to stop being rude so I could talk to her he wouldn’t listen so I asked her if she could just give me two spoons and I would just call corporate the kid tells her and me no if I want the spoons I need to say please first … mind you I wasn’t being rude or disrespectful..

Wouldn't take our order in the lobby since it was 10:02 (I only wanted to-go anyway). Drive thru is hard for me cause my car window doesn't work. Whataburger across the street ended up being much kinder.

Everything great EXCEPT for music - too loud and would have been better NOT to play anything. I'd be more likely to hang out a little longer and order more food if not for whatever it was played over the speakers. I wish y'all continued success.

We had been in Pasadena since early morning so on our way out wife and I decided to stop and get a bite to eat (2PM) here in Baytown.
Wife got he regular cheese burger while I got the baconator, we both were completely satisfied with the quality and taste.
Of course we had to get frosties I got the classic chocolate and my wife got the three berry to finish our meal, excellent on all.

The food is good but small, the service was slow and they only had 3 customers, 2 in drive threw and me in the dining room . It took them 15 minutes to come to the counter to take my order. Please don't let that stop you from going, I'm just not a big fan of Wendy's and they could have just been having a bad day.
