Make sure you ask for fresh fryer food, otherwise they will give you cold nuggets & fries that have been sitting there. Each & every time. I don't eat here much because of this. You can't call to let them know as you're driving down the street, biting into your cold nuggets because they don't answer the phone. When you come back to let them know, they don't care and the one manager doesn't speak english.

FIRE BOTH MANAGERS ASAPBoth managers need to be fired ASAP. Both are constantly on their phone and the main manager spends most of her time in her truck while on the clock. Plus she is extremely rude and has poor customer service. The time I was there I could hear her swearing at the workers because apparently she had been rude with someone in the drive thru and they wanted a refund. She has white hair and her name is Naomi. Kelly is the other manager and while I've never had a bad experience personally I've seen her be rude to the workers and customers. The workers are completely different they always make sure my order is right and fresh. The workers have always been VERY friendly and went the extra mile to make sure my order was to my liking. 5 stars for food because the workers have always made sure my food was fresh. 1 star for the service directed towards management. 1 star for the atmosphere directed towards management as well.

This Wendy’s is always on point…my personal experience with this fast food joint is definitely 5 stars and I have been to some terrible places…but this place day or night the food is always fresh, at least they make mines made to order lol. Thank you for always hooking it up!!

Very bad customer service. I am new to area and been a long time since going to a Wendy's but the girl at the counter was not at all helpful. What kind of drinks do you have I asked, she stated, they are on the menu. Then she double charged me for my meal. The manager then asked me if I wanted only one wrap. So I could see why she had a bad attitude, trained by poor management
