My shake was way under-filled, about an inch or so from the top. The Window person ignored me until I waved frantically to get my 2 shakes. Guess she didn't read the ticket. I won't be returning.

Love Whataburger always have and always will. Night crew had a slip up tonight though. Found a piece of plastic in her Cobb salad. It wasn’t from the lid she had on the Tupperware she recieved, because it’s in perfect condition. Also an employee and manager seemed really confused about a simple question I asked. I had asked about 5 times if the take out order I placed went through before they were finally useful. I wasn’t gonna comment on that at all til we got home to eat and we found that sharp plastic in the food. Luckily she’s just fine, but they definitely need to inspect the Tupperware before placing food in there.

Whataburger absolutely deserves all five stars! The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly made — exactly what you hope for every time you stop by. But what really made my visit stand out was the incredible service from James. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, greeting everyone with a genuine smile and a great attitude. It’s rare to see someone care that much about their job, but James truly made the experience feel personal and welcoming.

If every Whataburger had a James, it’d be the best fast food chain on the planet. Highly recommend stopping by — great food, great atmosphere, and even better service!

Maddie is absolutely awesome… so kind… so helpful!
Her smile lights up the whole room and makes your experience so much more tolerable during the dinner rush-hour in particular. There are so many homeless in this area and I have personally witnessed her being so kind and so patient with them. I’m there often and I tend to eat inside and I pay attention to things. She is definitely a great team member as she is always helping other team members and seems to have the potential to be a great leader in the company someday.

I ordered the curbside after waiting for almost 20 minutes when I looked at the app my order was canceled and I didn't get a refund. I went inside the girl working the front counter said the manager Craig canceled my order. When I asked him why he said he didn't and he wouldn't explain to me why my order was canceled. I waited at the curbside for almost 20 minutes and no one had the decency to come out and tell me my order was canceled and the app didn't notify me either. I told them I just wanted my food since I was charged for it but they told me I had to wait up to 48 hours to get my money back. This was very poor customer service on the manager's part. Im done with wataburger and I will never eat at another wataburger for the rest of my life
Ill be happy once the Wendy's opens across the street from them.
