Waited in drive thru for 45 min. Watch my order set in the drive thru window for 25 of that 45. Then I finally get up to the window and they try to hand me a order that set for 25 min. I asked to speak to a manager and he was helpless and incompetent. I will forever go the the eagle drive location. It's more organized and clearly under much better management.
Do yourself a favor and go to the eagle drive location. Fresher food and way more professional employees.

Didn’t feel like the cleanest. Burger tasted both a bit burnt and old, while bread on patty melt was smashed. Floor was slick like soapy water around machines, May be a valid reason. But felt as if more than water, had a soapy slick feel. Two employees in female restroom were loudly yelling and playing upon arrival, could hear throughout restaurant, came out still loud. Food tasterd well below par, tea wasn’t up to par either. All together tasted low quality.
An older fellow who was walking around cleaning and doing customer service was the one high point.

Slow slow slow.. there was no one there upon arrival. I ordered, washed up and when I came out of the lobby it was full. I watched several customers receive their meals and I asked the staff to check on my order twice before getting a refund. The manager had nothing to say when I told him how bad the experience was. Worst Whataburger I've been to!

This place puts such a bad name to whataburger always slow fries always cold or no salt. Always something manager stays trying to run there people but it down work. Hire more employees or get some new ones. I've come at night during the day even breakfast hrs and never fails slow. Don't believe the reviews they have to be bots.

1/16/25 Update Get a load of the size of the chicken “strips” this is unacceptable. These should be priced as nuggets not strips!! Ketchup packet for size comparison.
I get it, COVID is taking over but JESUS CHRIST do your patties have the virus now too?! i have posted a picture of my patty with holes! If you can’t sell what you advertise why open the store up during tough times. This is RIDICULOUS.

Multiple occasions I get here in the morning for breakfast. They take so long every morning I constantly see cars pull off because the wait is so long. I've pulled off multiple times because the service is so slow. I don't know if they need more staff for the morning shift or what but it doesn't take that long to make some damn eggs. The food is always good but the morning service is so slow.

I come here regularly. I order the same thing every time I come here. The only issue I have with this place is their radio. It's so loud. Even if I put both of my earbuds in my ear and have the volume on max so I can hear my meetings, I should not be able to hear the radio over my maxed out volume.
