The night shift service is terrible they take 30 plus minutes to make 2 meals most of the workers have bad attitudes and are rude we ordered it online for pick up and picked asap and it said it would be ready in 5-7 minutes I’ve been stilling here for 35 minutes waiting on my food if I could give it 0 stars I would do not come to this location

Man this location used to be my spot! The last two weeks have let me down, I ordered breakfast one week and the order was wrong. I just got lunch now, I ordered through the app for curbside, got there I was waiting for 20 minutes for my food to be brought out and it still didn't come. I went inside to go ask about it and it had been sitting there just hanging out the whole time. By the time I got it everything was cold and disgusting. I just ended up throwing it away. I don't think I'll be giving them my business anymore.

⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience I ordered a #2 Large combo, all the way with cheese, a large root beer, and mayonnaise on both sides of the bun. What I received was honestly very disappointing. The burger was wrapped poorly and came out plain and dry — no mayonnaise, no cheese, no pickles, nothing that I asked for. The bun was hard, the fries were noticeably small, and the root beer tasted like nothing but carbonated brown water 🤮. To make matters worse, the meat was pink, which is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. When I politely let the staff know that my order was wrong and mentioned the issue with the burger, I was met with attitude instead of concern or an apology. Nothing was fixed, and no effort was made to make it right. I’ve come to expect much better from Whataburger, but this visit was a total letdown. Poor food quality, incorrect order, and unprofessional customer service made this an experience I won’t forget — for all the wrong reasons.
