Horrable wait time you have to ask for them to repeat your order back to you at the speaker just so your order can still be incorrect I was parked in the outter lane, so the young lady who did come out she was very nice and she did apologize about the wait they still doesn’t justify the long wait time. I believe it was a kitchen issue. My Burger was incorrect was the extremely dry. I always Burger the same Burger every time that I go there and lately I’ve had issues so I will no longer stop at this location. It’s a convenience for me because it’s on my way home and you would think that you would get quality service being that they are off the freeway, but I guess that’s not the case management needs to be held accountable. If the head is not functioning, how do they expect for the body to function?

Service and food are always wonderful, they keep up with the cleanliness, everyone is always so nice and accommodating, and the food is always fresh and hot, never fails to satisfy my hunger 10/10 everytime at this location

Whataburger hands down has the worst fries of any fast food place. They are just as bad as the store brand "fast food style" french fries from the freezer section. I can't name a single fast food place with worse fries
