Me and my brother come here a lot, today at 5:55pm our order took 25min to get an item, we didn’t get offered no ketchup, nothing. I had to go multiple times to ask about my drink, and while they ask me to wait to take “other customers “ in. Lashaun and the other girl with the afro I couldn’t get her name just ignoring me for a good 15min. at the front. Very disappointed
Ordered the Steakhouse burger meal. Burnt patties, hard cheese & bun, no sauce, dry....just bad. And overpriced.

This location has horrible customer service. I have been on a couple of different occasions and stood at the counter forever with no one even acknowledging that I'm there after several workers walked by but just didn't care enough to ask what I needed.

Food is always good but the wait, takes FOREVER. There is no point in doing a mobile order because the people that order inside, will still get they're food before you. If you do a drive thru order or pick up, wait will be at least, 30 minutes.

I think her name is Teresa, I lovely woman who works in the morning I believe she took my order and just was so positive and happy. Suggested I get both bacon and sausage on my sandwich and I didn’t even know you could do that! If I could give her alone the five stars I would.
