I came here with 4 hungry kids. There was only 1 other customer when we arrived at 5pm. We were done in, and waited for 45min for our food. The wings were cooled off by the time we received them, and the fries were soggy wit sooo much salt. I will not be going again.

Recently had an order made through Uber Eats, when receiving it, I was missing 5 add on wings and half of my boneless were missing sauce so figured I was given someone else's order by accident. I called the Wingstop and explained my situation and the guy manager (I believe his name was Alex) went above & beyond to help me remake order. I was very appreciative of him personally giving me the correct order and was given great customer service on solving the issue and here I am happily leaving my review.
May the good Lord bless these wonderful people and their chicken! Y'all go see Xenaida, she is just a darlin! Thank you for changing my Houston mind about wingstop. 😊

the head lady is very rude! & this is the 3rd time I ordered from here and they keep giving me the wrong order . They also always give me all drums when I didn’t ask for all drums ! Never again
My first and only time ordering from this location. Ordered online, delivered right on time. Opened the bag and found no dipping sauces, cold old nasty fries and o e flavor of my wings were wrong. I called and explained what happened and was placed on hold. 4 minutes later someone else answered like I was a new phone call so I explained again. She asked me to hold for the manager. A fee minutes later another person answers and tells me his "upper manager " wants me to send pictures of my wrong order as if I'm trying to scam them out of five wings and some ranch. So I sent pictures and he comes back and tells me they will replace my fries and sauces but I ordered the wrong wings so they can't help me with that. If they were polite I would have been fine with that. I probably did make a mistake but I was annoyed at that point of being asked to hold over and over, never even getting a manager on the phone and then having to send pictures to prove I'm not lying that I just said forget it. Keep the ranch and I'll just never order there again. I don't need to sit here for a half an hour waiting for a second order of cold fries and some ranch. It's Baytown though so I shouldn't be surprised.
