This people have no respect, they laugh on people's face,they go to the back to talk about the customers and laugh how can you you trust them with your food,they always ,playing,laughing, talking and mocking customers,they always mess up the order,,of course they are not taking the job serious,,how long this is going to last ,you complain and the company don't care and they don't do nothing to fix this problems,,this is horrible. We order a couple times a week, several times a month. Every time we have an order, they always short us wings, forget to include ranch, forget sides or the drinks. This literally happens weekly. I love the wings but I can't keep wasting money and not getting what I'm paying for. I've written to corporate with absolutely no response. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Completely unacceptable experience. The fries I received looked like they had been fried multiple times—dark, dry, and barely edible. I arrived to pick up my late order, and they told me it was still being made. Fine—but then they didn’t even let me know it was ready. I stood around while my food sat getting cold. When I got home and opened the bag, I couldn’t believe the quality of what they gave me. This location consistently disappoints, and I’m done giving them chances. I want a refund for this joke of a meal.

Did not have order right. They got the number of wings wrong. I had a hard time getting them to correct the order. They kept recounting even though it was obvious they got it wrong the first time.

We do take out here and it's always on time and fresh. Great staff that's always willing to help and have our order ready. We're on a crunch time on lunch break but there's guys are on it, so thank you.
