Lady at front got the order wrong, probably because several times while we were attempting to order she stopped listening and helped someone else. When we recieved our order and noticed the sandwich was wrong she said we would have to pay for another sandwich. She proceeded to argue with me that when she repeated the order is when we should have noticed. However, when she repeated the orders there was no clarity about flavors on the side. Anyway, had to get the manager involved who agreed to replace the sandwich after complaining that he would have to trash the sandwich and made no apology for the situation. So much for customer being right.

Service was horrible.... Ordered online for delivery with Door Dash. Part of the order was missing upon delivery. *NOTE: I called this in from work for my 4 kids lunch when school was cancelled. Called the store and the manager says they can refund the money for ONLY the missing item (an entire meal) or I could come get the missing item (would have to leave work). They had no option of getting with Door Dash and re-delivering the missing item. Manager was asked about additional store credit or discount of purchased order...NOPE...refund the missing item or come get it.

I purchased cheese fries and paid to have the order delivered. The order did not have the cheese fries. I called the restaurant. The manager was not overly concerned, and offered to let me pick up the missing item. Why would I want to spend my gas and my time to pick something up when I just spent $15.00 to have it delivered. There was zero effort to make amends for the mistake. The issue resulted in a $5.00 refund for the missing item. Wow! Appreciate it. They have lost my business.

The food itself was good as always, however the atmosphere (as the stars imply) wasn’t. There was a man screaming in the back, God knows why, and I couldn’t enjoy my food. Wingstop, please try creating a more welcoming atmosphere for your guests.

I understand people make mistakes when making orders, but dealing with an unprofessional attitude is uncalled for. I was polite to Emily regarding my concerns on a wrong order that I received and instead of fixing the problem and apologizing , she was defensive and had a nasty attitude. If Emily is the manager to this wing stop, might want to reconsider hiring someone who’s more polite and respectful to customers. She also wasn’t so nice to another co worker who was at the front.
