Went in ordered the lunch special.. the mexican lady handed me my card back and said it didnt work.. then i get charged not once but TWICE.. SO APPARENTLY it did work and they scammed me out of 24 bucks.. even worse the little Chinese lady wanted to start yelling at me like i did something. .. gave them the benefit of the doubt and called my bank.. now i have to dispute it. So definitely be careful.. spent 24 bucks and got nothin.. by the looks of the reviews this aint the first time..

Was my go to place for my children and I for quick Chinese food. Just recently had the worst experience little lady in drive-thru is very argumentative and has an attitude. Ordered orange chicken when my son opened the box at home was chicken with some sort of veggies. Called and spoke to the drive-thru lady about mix-up. She wanted to argue me up and down while I stayed calm. That I had said Garlic chicken. I told her ma'am I've never ordered garlic chicken in my life, I don't even know what that is. Instead of be apologetic. Kept saying that I was wrong and she was right. Will be my last time visiting, worst customer service ever and very rude. Hispanic lady inside is very nice but not the one in drive-thru.

The lady at the drove thru is ALWAYS rude! Never gives anyone the opportunity to finish ordering. Always in a rush!

Food is good and always hot but my only complaint is the short Chinese lady in the drive thru accent is bad and she has a rude attitude when you ask her to repeat. She don't give receipt and you have to ask for it . They don't make you aware of the fee if you use your debit or credit card. It's written on a very small sign on the window (That's why I think they don't give receipt) ??♀️??♀️??♀️So if you have a hard time understanding Chinese accent, beware of going through the drive-through!!!!

Prices are affordable! Food tastes great!! Personally they have the best hot and sour soup compared to all the local restaurants! The portion they give for your price is amazingly plentiful!! The inside of restaurant is nothing fancy. Setting is like a fast food places. Decent.

This is one of my FAVORITE restaurants in Baytown. I love the food and employees. My only gripe is that the homeless have taken shelter at the old Church's chicken and try to pester you for change. Other than that, I highly recommend it.Vegetarian options: Dishes have a hefty amount of vegetables.
