I don’t know why it takes forever to get your food from the drive thru at this Burger King. The customer service is terrible and they certainly aren’t in any hurry to get the orders out. Now I know why they never have any customers. I don’t expect the place to stay open with the bad customer service.

This Burger king sucks!! Their app, their attitude and overall customer experience is disgraceful. And the food isn't what it used to be either. I hadn't eaten their in almost a year and decided to get ce the one last opportunity to win back what used to be my favorite fast food burger. Huge mistake. Now I see why they are nearly extinct... Save your time money and frustration and go elsewhere.

The guy on intercom kept asking me to wait a few minutes before he take my order although I was the only car in line.The girl at the window said there was no reason for him to do this.The fries were cold and stale.this was in Beeville on August 26 at 3 pm

Employees out of uniform. One looks lost as she walks around in circles on her phone. Cook had to come take my order. Cook in jeans and black t-shirt. Polite but not in uniform. Food was ok. Burger A little soggy. No drink options other than coke in machine. Ice was not even working for soft drink machine. Bathrooms dirty, piss all over the floor and seats. Look like they don’t get cleaned. This is crappy customers that dirty them. Shame on them, but as an employee restrooms should maintain a clean restroom. Girl does not wash hands or use gloves when handling food. After touching things like her phone, payment from customers. I don’t understand how people do not take pride in their jobs. Don’t even understand how this BK is even open at all.

The young gentleman was very personable, I was visiting from Colorado, but I had to stop in and grabbed an Impossible Burger. I asked if they had potato bread 🍞 he went and asked. He said that they did.

The store was very clean .

Dietary restrictions: I do plant base eating and the impossible burger 🍔 is really good and fresh

Now I see why there is hardly any vehicles ever at the Beeville Burger King The service is TERRIBLE on 10/28/24 at 12:30 pm I went through the the drive thru & ordered a #9 large with onion rings instead of French fries and the attendant acknowledged the order. When I got the order I looked in the bag and there were fries not onion rings. I immediately told the server , she took the bag back then returned it back about a minute later looked in & saw onion rings . Got home and sat down to eat ate 2-3 rings and the rest of the container was fries. The first incident as a mistake, , the second intentional fraud You Lost another customer / victim

Beeville Texas has the Worst Burger king franchise in all is south Texas. I love Burger King and it pains me to post this but I have stopped at this location several time and every time I go, my order is always wrong. Not only do they take long to make the food, it has always been made against my order and when I get it, the food is cold. Every time I drive up to the window, all the workers are standing at the register to see Who’s at the window, or that’s how they make it seem. This time I got down and asked for a refund and the manager insisted they were busy and that Burger King always delivers the goods smashed or they’ve run out of buns (How did the entire case of Wednesday buns get smashed) or meat or fries. From what I see, your staff is running off customers because they want to work for a free check while bad service is being reflected at this franchise location. Get it together Beeville Texas.
