The young gentleman was very personable, I was visiting from Colorado, but I had to stop in and grabbed an Impossible Burger. I asked if they had potato bread 🍞 he went and asked. He said that they did.

The store was very clean .

Now I see why there is hardly any vehicles ever at the Beeville Burger King The service is TERRIBLE on 10/28/24 at 12:30 pm I went through the the drive thru & ordered a #9 large with onion rings instead of French fries and the attendant acknowledged the order. When I got the order I looked in the bag and there were fries not onion rings. I immediately told the server , she took the bag back then returned it back about a minute later looked in & saw onion rings . Got home and sat down to eat ate 2-3 rings and the rest of the container was fries. The first incident as a mistake, , the second intentional fraud You Lost another customer / victim

Beeville Texas has the Worst Burger king franchise in all is south Texas. I love Burger King and it pains me to post this but I have stopped at this location several time and every time I go, my order is always wrong. Not only do they take long to make the food, it has always been made against my order and when I get it, the food is cold. Every time I drive up to the window, all the workers are standing at the register to see Who’s at the window, or that’s how they make it seem. This time I got down and asked for a refund and the manager insisted they were busy and that Burger King always delivers the goods smashed or they’ve run out of buns (How did the entire case of Wednesday buns get smashed) or meat or fries. From what I see, your staff is running off customers because they want to work for a free check while bad service is being reflected at this franchise location. Get it together Beeville Texas.

Employee at window picked his nose, was yelling and being rude to other customers, AND made a phone call with the window open and me waiting for my food. I had to call him over to finally get my food.

There always seems to be a mess of spilled soda in front of the fountain as well as lids, straws and trash just scattered on the counter. Very discouraging.

No acknowledgement when I walked in stood there for about 10 minutes just looked at you very unfriendly employes I walk out they were very rude. Only there to collect pay check it stinks when you walk in. Never got to order

Never met rude people and the man that claimed he was manager was stupid as hell talking like he gangsta very unprofessional I am from Houston and that was the worst customer service experience I have ever endured that boy needs to be demoted

This was the wrose food I've had in a long time. Fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday. Fish sandwich was awful. Not much sauce and lettuce was gross. Asked for jalapeños and got about 3 slivers that looked like peppers, but not sure. Not sure what happened to the big fish sandwich، but this was not a big fish sandwich. Think it was smaller than McDonald's fish sandwich. What a joke.

Went in to redeem the reward on receipt. Stood at the counter to show the receipt and stood there for about 15 minutes if not on the dot. Not one team member said anything to me. They did not even acknowledge me, no greeting, nothing. In fact, they ignored me, both the lady and a man. Both seemed to be more worried about the drive thru. In fact, I saw two vehicles go through at the drive thru and leave. The man infant of me asked if anyone was working the register. His answer seemed rash as he stated we are the only ones here, as he answered the phone. The man stated he was leaving and left. I decided to leave also as he was not in a hurry to help anyone. I saw three people leave afterward without any food, If you are in a hurry, don't walk into the restraunt to order. Use the drive thru only. They don't treat you right if you walk inside. I saw the others in the drive thru at McDonalds across the road. Service seems bad here. There are other restaurants in the area. Sorry for BK in Beeville. Sad
