Called to place my Togo order, Dylan answered within the first ring. Great energy when answering and throughout the call. I’ll admit I’m the “complicated order” gal, and not once did he make me feel like a burden for requesting subs or changing my mind. When I came in to pick up, everything was bagged neatly and he even waited until I arrived to make my drink so it wasn’t watered down! Thank you, Dylan for your warm customer service. Gray what's our waiter, he recommended the southwest grilled chicken salad with quesadillas, excellent choice and recommendation.
We also had the trio appetizer Southwest egg rolls, fried cheese sticks, and sliders.

Chilis is a RIP OFF . I got the 3 protien trio chicken fajitas beef fajitas and shrimp for 25$ they put 3 or 4 little slices of fajita and like 6 shrimp. The drink was a tea darn near 4 or 5 bucks and the queso dip WITHOUT CHIPS 5$ Yall act like this is beebille steakhouse. Sorry chilis not coming back to get ripped off again cost me 43$ with the tip for 1 person

I was there early.We were there for the second time we had the limit of beer.The first time , but bartender came up to us and said , we cannot says your beer after 6 hours we were there to have a burger shaking up to us. I can not serve you no more liquor after 6 hours. I think very rude of hers. She did not ask if we were there to have a drink. Or to eat.
If u are from out of town they will send all the servers, cooks, hosts, bartenders to stare at u like ur a weirdo, I felt so uncomfortable THW WHOLE TIME FROM ENTERING THE DOOR TO THE BARTENDER SNATCHING MY DRINK I PAID FOR

Me and my boyfriend LOOOVE chilis!! Service is ALWAYS great, food is always delicious, and drinks are always full! The staff is so kind. Our personal favorite servers and Angelina and Ila! Both are so sweet, funny, and are adamant about making sure that their guests are happy! While we miss the skillet queso, the new chip dip that they offer is good!
