Church's Texas Chicken

I am very pleased I thought I had an issue and reached out, a manager or maybe GM reached back out to me within the hour to make it right. But unfortunately it was my fault!! Regardless it was handled in such a professional manner and with such speed. I appreciate everything that they were willing to do for me! The added bonus was everything was so delicious!!

Placed an order online that said it’ll be ready in 15 minutes wishful thinking so I showed up in 30 minutes and waited. Total time an hour just for two meals worst churches ever.

It was a horrible experience, we waited for a long time just to come home to our chicken sandwiches all covered in Mayo and soggy. It looked so unappetizing and not edible. This whole situation made my mother cry because she was kind and patient with workers, for all this to happen.

They told me about my 35 minute wait AFTER I paid. I
do not remember the last time I came to this location and did not have to wait 25-30 minutes for food. This last time they just gave me 10 legs because they had no thighs. What a pathetic excuse for a chicken restaurant. It's always dirty in the lobby. Just go to KFC or Golden chick if you want chicken. They always make you sit in the front and wait.

I used the drive through and it was super fast, by the time we got to the window my order was already in a bag!!!?

Very bad experience!!! My husband and I ordered inside. After 5 mins waiting Manager finally came out and took our order. Sure looked like he was so high on something! Eyes all red and puffy! Never looked up while taking our order. We sat down and witnessed a crew member being so rude to this little old lady that asked a question about her order. Another lady comes in and the manager gives her an huge order. She filled up her drinks and told the manager she loved him. She never paid. After 10 mins waiting, my husband got up to check on our order. Manager came out, my husband asked about our order. Manager that took our order NEVER called back our order to crew. My husband told him he wanted his money back and told him what kind of customer service they have there. Manager told my husband there’s a number in the door. My husband says he didn’t want the number only his money back.
This was a terrible experience! From crew talking about getting drunk and female crew member telling my husband WHAT giving my husband fighting jesters and to the manager that just didn’t care!! Place was messy, signs that were hanging had old fly poop, restrooms just felt dirty, well the whole store felt dirty.
This establishment has become a place I will never go back!!

The smell inside is terrible the people that work there were playing as I walked the chicken looks terrible the biscuits were burnt after I saw all this I WALKED

Ordered online.Order would be ready in 20 minutes.Pull up to drive through 21 minutes later and was told it would be 20 minutes until my order would be ready.

Fast fried chicken. What you expect. Out of seafood options ( Okay ). Is a fried chicken restraunt. Biscuits are the best.
