The McDonalds was super busy due to the adult Grinch Meals. We received our food late and the manager Bridgette recognized the delay. She promptly ensured we were satisfied with our food and checked up on us again. She is a model manager and her team was phenomenal under the pressure of busy times. Thank you for your superb customer service, we will be back!

I ordered 3 decaf coffees with the mobile app at 11 am, I went to the drive thru have them my order number and that tell me it's invalid. I tell them my name and the order and nothing still. I was asked to refresh my app and still didn't work. I had to inside to the counter again was told my order didn't exist so I asked for a refund, showed them the email as proof of purchase and then a manager told me again they don't have an order for me. Finally someone found the ticket but the manager gave me attitude anyways telling me that they had to brew a fresh pot. The level of incompetence went up the chain of command and it took over 10 minutes for 3 coffees, I don't mind the wait, I mind the attitude and being told that somehow I made a mistake.

There was a employee today she was soo rude I come daily in midnight shouting on me that there is no food just leave the place I been this place many times all employees were cool but this was really soo rude they mentioned the store as 24 hours open

I'm editing my review I got a fish sandwich with fries no drink 8.33$ speaker is hard to hear from I quit eating fast food after this experience. For that money I can cook flounder with veggies at home!!

One star i got a happy meal and no extra fries like i ordered not even apple slices and I got a mario kart toy and not the tmntxhello kitty toy :( im disappointed but the fries are good!

Worst McDonald’s ever I don’t even blame McDonald’s, people these days are absolutely incompetent and just plain don’t care about anything anymore when I was younger working at these places I put my all into it you don’t see that anymore shame every order I get it’s wrong doesn’t matter I could order just fries and they will be old and cold. Never any sauce even tho I have 5 orders of nuggets
