One star i got a happy meal and no extra fries like i ordered not even apple slices and I got a mario kart toy and not the tmntxhello kitty toy :( im disappointed but the fries are good!

Worst McDonald’s ever I don’t even blame McDonald’s, people these days are absolutely incompetent and just plain don’t care about anything anymore when I was younger working at these places I put my all into it you don’t see that anymore shame every order I get it’s wrong doesn’t matter I could order just fries and they will be old and cold. Never any sauce even tho I have 5 orders of nuggets

McDonald's I came in and I ordered two home styles I received dayo fries my burger was just slapped together it fell apart it actually broke apart my fries just awful. Right now I was trying to get coffee 2 long lines that look ridiculous. I had to go to Starbucks glad I did. Ask for my experience at McDonald's SUCKED I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR 2 MEALS TO. LIKE 20 DOLLARS FOR MY FOOD AND I COULDN'T EVEN EAT THE FRIES!!! NOT FAIR NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS MCDONALD'S NEEDS BETTER SERVICE BETTER COOKS BETTER FOOD WE PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR A BURGER NOW SO WE SHOULD GET IT BETTER SERVING BETTER PUT TOGETHER NOT COLD FOOD......THIS HAS TO BE JUST AWFUL FOR SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY HAVE THIS TYPE OF EXPERIENCE.....

I had such an horrible experience this morning. I was in drive placing an order when the cashier asked anything else. I did not respond right away because I was trying to decide what I wanted. Realizing what I did I stated wait I am not done. When the order was on the screen was submitted. I stated again I was not and asked again to display the order again. During this time employees switched not Realizing the mics wer not on and overheard them telling each other her order is not done. Also During this time when I asked if my order can be displayed again they said they couldn't, yet it was put back on. Someone mentioned that one of the employees did not have a headset. When I arrived to the window, all 3 employees had a headset on.
Now I arrive to the window when the young dark complected girl opens, the window is rude and stated a only my drinks, to be sure it was correct, I repeated my order. She rolled her eyes and I asked for the manager. During this time I see this girl and another ligt complected girl giggling, rolling eyes and making movements in my direction. The manager arrived and she wasn't any better.
I can say hands down the morning shift is always the best time. Maybe this isn't a position for them.
I don’t think they’ve ever got my order wrong and I get something from here almost everyday! Always hot and fresh and made right. Management seems nice as well. I always see the GM hustling with his staff as well.

I don't usually like to complain or leave bad reviews but this is the worst McDonald's my husband and I have ever been to. Our burgers were cold and seemed like they had been sitting for hours, they had weird smells and they were so dry that the pickles were even dried out! The fries were not fresh, same with the nuggets. The employees seemed to not care about anything and since when are pajama pants part of the McDonald's uniform? We are just passing through being hours away from home and we just wanted a warm meal after a long work day. It's just highly disappointing. We will definitely be sure to never come back to this location again.
