We have been to this place a few times. A small restaurant that use to be a bank? The food is good and consistent with portions worth the money you pay. Service was very friendly and good, just wished they would have come around to refill our tea and water.Parking: It is difficult to find a place to park. We ended up parking behind the bbq pit area and walked to the front.
We ordered fatty brisket. It was a solid 6 out of 10 on flavor but is the VERY MOST EXPENSIVE brisket I've ever encountered at a bbq restaurant. $26/lb. The Mac n cheese was bland and disgusting and the bbq sauce was sitting out on the table in a goopey greasy bottle. The bread served with our meal was stale and semi-crunchy. There is hardly any parking availble too.

Given Beeville’s limited BBQ options, too bad we found The Bomb was a dud.Small restaurant. Service was adequate if maybe a bit slow given only 2 tables, but friendly anyway.Brisket was moist but just bland, no seasoning or smoke of note. Sausage may have been Eckrich(?), but basically nondescript. Beans average, begged for salt.
