I paid for my food. After 20 minutes they said I had to pay again to receive my food. I showed them the charge on my bank account, yet they still refused. I called the customer service and they sent a recommendation to the store to give me the meal I paid for. The manager still refused to give me anything without paying again. I left with a charge and no food.
This is the worst experience from any Whataburger I’ve seen.

Dog ass idk how if I ask for one thing these guys give the rong thing and mess up every order. I would recommend going to Sammie’s on the east side of town it’s way better and almost the same price.
