I ordered an Oreo ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins for my daughter’s end-of-the-year school party, and it was a hit! The kids absolutely loved it, and it looked and tasted amazing.

The cakes are super convenient to order, and they make any occasion feel extra special. Definitely recommend for a quick, easy, and crowd-pleasing dessert! There is a wait sometimes but that’s normal they serve sweets 🍭

This place is disgusting. They store containers on top of open ice-cream in the front display case. It seems that dirt from the bottom of the containers can fall into the open containers. They also use bare hands and touch food going in your mouth. I have mentioned this but they ignore and continue the practice.

My wife is celebrating a birthday and the two ladies in the shop were very kind and helpful. It was my first ice cream cake purchase and they took the time to explain the what, how and when. I learned later that it was the first ice cream cake my wife has ever had and she had always wanted one. They unknowingly made it a very special evening.

Walked inside to an empty place with nobody standing in line. All three servers which included what looked like the manager began to stare at me and continue to work for almost 5 to 6 minutes and didn’t say NOT A WORD to me. Soon later a new customer pulled up and immediately acknowledge him skipped over me and started serving him….. When I begin to ask was anybody going to serve me? They were shocked as if I came out of nowhere and I was literally standing right at the front. Extremely bad customer service. To the owners if you don’t believe me pull up the cameras and just see how ridiculous this was. Time 5:07pm 12-12-2024

A brilliant gentleman named Anthony helped me with my Baskin Order. Very wholesome and greeted me with a smile as i walked in. I accidentally placed the wrong order the other day, and he helped correct it. Most people tend to get upset when stuff like this occur, but not him. He was very patient with me as he fulfilled my Ice cream cravings. We need more people like him to get recognized for his outstanding work and patience. Thank you Anthony. Your hard work will pay it forward sooner than later.

This place is just so lazy! I have came here twice already and both times there is NO ONE to open for business!! The hours of operations say they open at 11 and there’s no one here! What type of boss accepts this kind of professionalism!! Makes me so frustrated because I am 8 months pregnant and I WANT ICE CREAM!! Please close your place down if you can’t work the hours you are supposed to work!!!! ???????????????

The staff were rude I walked in the store asked if I could purchase quart of ice cream I wanted it layer with different ice cream with the toppings inside the container with marshmallows, Carmel sauce the server waiting on me told me I couldn't get it that way because she has to weight the ice cream I explained I had it my way she said not at this location we don't do that so I told okay I'll just go somewhere else, so I turned around asked if the manager was on duty she looked at the other two men that were on the shift all of them said they weren't a manager so I asked if they had a manager two said no and the other server just looked off in space and continued to do what he was doing.

I preordered a cake online with a custom message I also ordered candles . I called multiple time to see if it was ready and was told it was and there were no issues . When I got the cake she told me was unable to write the message and did I want her to write in on a tiny 2in by 2 in piece of chocolate bark for an extra fee. No I do not. So I asked where ,y candle were she refused to give the,pm to me stating they weren’t on my order even tho I showed her the online from stating they were paid for, I went to grab and pack and she physically blocked me with her body screaming that I was stealing and to call the police. I told her i, not stealing I paid for the, but I will pay again they are only 1.83 a lot of hassle and headache over a $2 pack of candles . Terrible service
