When the weather permits, outdoor dining at Betsy's is a great experience for the family. The location at Evelyn Park Conservancy allows for families to enjoy the outdoors while being right in the middle of the city (West U and Bellaire).
My grandkids and a friend came here on Presidents’ Day. Parking was difficult. The bathrooms needed attention. Indoor seating was full and it was cold. The Superfood bowl I ordered was good. The best thing about the kids meals was the fries.
We will continue to come here, mostly because of the adjacent park and playground area and because they have popsicles and soft serve ice cream.

Disclaimer, we visited when it was raining. The restaurant was completely empty when we entered. I can imagine this being a really fun place to be outside, but it was not possible when we went.
The staff seem friendly, but the guy who was taking her order was not very knowledgeable about the menu. We had a few questions and he had to had someone else answer each of them.
