They have a small menu for off hours. It's decent. A little expensive.

Standard BBQ. Conservatively you will spend $70+ for conservative portions like a tasting menu. The quality is comparable to a rundown Rudys BBQ chain.
Nothing exceptional stands out.
Brisket dries out after a few minutes.
Most of the items like sausage and chicken are average. Even the fried rice and cucumber salad seemed off like aging fast food quality.
Feels like items are very rationed.
Maybe take some pointers from Corkscrew BBQ and their operations because this experience was awkward.
Ordered for the table and we ordered a little bit of everything for the menu, including salads! Legit Texas BBQ with an Asian twist. The brisket was soft, juicy, and flavorful. The ribs were tender and had some bite! The smoked Gouda Mac and cheese and brisket fried rice were the stand out sides! Don’t skip on the banana pudding! The containers were small so I had two helpings! Will definitely be back and would recommend for those wanting to try HTX BbQ!

Another MICHELIN-Guide Texas BBQ joint had us smacking our lips and licking our fingers. We were excited to dive into their bold Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean-infused flavors. Blood Bros BBQ definitely brings Asian soul to their cooking — the gochujang-glazed ribs were outstanding, and the jalapeño cheddar sausage might be the best I’ve had anywhere.
The service was friendly and efficient, even with a steady crowd rolling through. The vibe of the place feels casual, lively, and filled with the smoky aroma of serious BBQ. I’ll definitely be back.

Asian-inspired BBQ fusion—sweet, smoky, spicy, and innovative. Try the brisket fried rice.

Hyped up by the Texas Monthly and across social media, I was expecting great things from Blood Bros. Unfortunately I found myself heavily disappointed.
In efforts to try a variety of items, I ordered brisket, the glazed ribs, black pepper sausage, and three sides - the brisket fried rice, Mac & cheese, and pinto beans (see pictured). Outside of the brisket, which was tender and crispy on the outside, I found everything else to be very lackluster. The glazed ribs, though unique in flavoring, did not fall off the bone or stand out - this is a personal requisite for me when it comes to my ribs. The sausage unfortunately reminded me of one I could buy at the grocery store and heat up myself, while the sides were okay. What made it worse was that even though I arrived within 10 minutes of the restaurant opening, my brisket fried rice was served cold.
Overrall, Blood Bros was an okay experience. I didn’t hate it but I wasn’t amazed. I likely won’t be back, especially given how pricey it is in comparison to similarly ranked BBQ spots across Houston.

Have been eager to eat here and finally had an opportunity to make it for lunch close to opening. It was already busy and got busier as we were there. The line could definitely move faster if they had a larger food service area with more employees cutting/serving meat and sides like many other BBQ restaurants we've been to. Here it is limited to one person for sides and one person for meats. The meat was good (tried ribs and brisket) and not dry. The sides were really good (the mac and cheese and creamed corn were our favorites, jalapeno coleslaw wasn't anything special or spicy at all, potato salad was fine). Liked the pickle/onion/jalapeno/condiment bar. Friendly guy at the register. If you eat inside, you will leave smelling like BBQ smoke!

Grabbed an order to go. First time had the tri tip pastrami sandwich. I pride myself on my smoked meats and found their product like I’d prepare at home. Exceptional taste and quality. I also had the potato salad….exceptional also. My fingers still smell smoky hours later. I will return to try other items.

Definitely do not come here for dinner. They serve reheated food that does not taste fresh and is way too smoky/salty…was almost inedible…

Food was ok, they didn’t have the street corn. Make sure you verify the weight of the meat you get!! The short guy with glasses charged me $30 for two thin slices of brisket, it wasn’t correct weight.

I tried to get BBQ everywhere for Independence day. Every business was super busy. Tremendous lines! Finally, way past lunch I made it to Blood Bros before they closed. What a discovery! It was delicious! The staff were also welcoming and friendly. I'm definitely visiting again to try more BBQ and dishes.

Don’t come after 4pm thinking you gonna get brisket or smoked ribs for dinner.
The lunch menu is really only the lunch.
Now this ramen brisket and fried ribs were delicious. Not pictured a frozen peach sangria and Mac & cheese balls that are amazing.
Bring on the fusions!
