It was the leanest brisket I've ever had. Not an ounce of fat on it. When I go to Pappas I have to throw a good portion of the "meat" away because it's fat, here nothing was wasted, my son & myself were able to eat every ounce we purchased. Great service as well.
Good food and good service. My 13 year old loves this place. The St. Louis Ribs are a good flavor and great tasting. We have had the sausage poboy, smoked turkey, brisket, and the ribs. We have yet to be disappointed with the food yet.
I have been coming here for decades and for a reason. The brisket and the smoked sausage are my faves. Don’t pass on the stuffed baked potatoes and go for all the fixings, you will be in heaven. Food is always consistent in quality and the staff are pleasant and accommodating. If you are in the area you have to stop in. You will love it I am sure.
