Very busy on the weekends, so get there early. Tables open up quick, but it's country service so other everything you want at once. The food was very good, fresh, and had a ton of options.

Discovering Dandelion Café was a delightful surprise! Despite missing out on their famed chicken and waffles, I savored every bite of their delectable lemon and blueberry French toast sticks, alongside a mouthwatering salmon BLT. The quality of their dishes surpassed my expectations, firmly establishing Dandelion Café as one of my top picks for breakfast and brunch in Houston. Their beautiful and meticulously clean space, coupled with attentive customer service, elevate the dining experience to new heights. Don't miss the opportunity to indulge in their culinary delights – make your way to Dandelion Café soon!

This is a layback kinda of place, but the food is great. The atmosphere was very pleasent, and we didn't feel rushed by the staff. I reco.end the Dandelion to everyone one wanting good food with a lay back feel.

I wish this place was more well known because the food and service is some of the best for breakfast that you’ll find in Houston. A true boutique restaurant that can get busy, still the team is very nice and helpful. We had our meal outside on a cool day and it was quite relaxing. The food is as authentic and farm-to-market quality. I don’t recommend the latte but I suggest the fresh Juices instead, specifically the Green Machine: Kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, parsley, apple & lemon.

I came here to try chicken and waffles for the first time and boy they did not dissapoint! The marinate in the chicken, the spice blend, the crunchy crust all so flavorful! And the waffle being made out of corn meal marrying corn bread and belgian waffles perfectly was a genius move! It was fluffy and not dry at all in the center and you can taste the vanilla flavor too! The coffee was amazing doesnt even need sugar. Staff was so sweet and professional, the decor and vibe is so nice bright and homey! Who ever loves near here is sooo lucky! If im ever back in this area I will come back! 10/10 I reccommend. Im sad i didnt have space to try their chilaquiles also looked amazing!

Excellent food. Generous portion size. Decent price for the portion.Ambiance... it smells a bit like curry on the inside so we sat outside. We ordered salmon bagel and lox, we really liked it but wished it came with a sharper knife as it's a pretty thick bagel to cut down.We will come back here for foodKid-friendliness: Not really

I ordered an egg salad sandwich on wheat bread. The egg salad wasn't flavorful. The small sandwich costs $11. I wouldn't order it again. And if I would have gotten my sandwich with focaccia bread, it would have been more. The small cappuccino was good, but I find a small cappuccino for $5 overpriced. Plus when I went to order, the cashier automatically entered a large cappuccino on the register. I told him, "No, a small." This place is overpriced. I've had a heartier egg salad sandwich some place else. I didn't finish it.

It’s a nice little place. Food and service was good. Too little seating even for a weekday. I felt rushed waitress/bus lady kept checking to see when she could pick up our plates. Just couldn’t really enjoy my breakfast.

It was my first time so I was exited to try it, up until I had started with the coffee that tasted like it was days old and had an oily surface which tasted sour as hell, that was a major let down, I mean how do you screw up coffee? I ordered the Dandy breakfast plate with maple sausage. First off I see these green looking hashbrowns and I'm thinking oh this is different, how about very different, over seasoned with rosemary garlic way too much salt and it even tasted like it had curry or something, they are the worst hashbrowns I've ever had. To go with that the sausage seemed in-house made and tasted weird and over seasoned just like the potatoes and that was coupled with the hardest wheat toast I've ever had, they literally tasted like crackers, the eggs and the jam were made well and was the only thing holding me up. When I get the feeling that I wasted my money when I could have gone somewhere else better for less is when I know that I'll never come back to this place, the 4.5 review score of this place seems weird in itself considering how bad the food was. Sorry but this place is no for me.

First time trying this cafe, cute and welcoming ambiance. We ordered the lavender latte and it was so tasty and not overwhelming. The omelette is a built your own but they have many options and they’re very generous with the toppings. The manager was very attentive with the customers and even ran outside to give me my umbrella that I accidentally almost forgot. Would definitely recommend coming and would for sure visit again.Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegan/gluten free options
