Pizza marked delivered in dominos app an hour after order, but it never was delivered. Called. They put me on hold. After 20 minutes I hung up and cooked dinner. I’m going to have to charge it back from my credit card. First time I’ve ever charged back fast food.
I guess I should have avoided literally the worst reviewed restaurant for miles.
After reading the other reviews, I’m shocked corporate hasn’t gotten involved. This place is a disaster.

Don't order for delivery. The delivery service is spotty. I have had 3 instances where I have to go out to the apartment's main entrance to pickup the pizza that I paid to have delivered. Pizza fee, delivery surcharge, tip, and still the service ends sucking big time. Do yourself a favor and order for pickup.

IM A PIZZA LOVER ! I recently ordered from Domino’s Pizza and was blown away—not only by the quality of the pizza (which is definitely better than Papa John’s) Crust 10/10, cheese 10/10 not soggy and they literally make the pizza in front of you ! but also by the exceptional customer service I received. A young high school student named Hannah assisted me, and she was incredibly polite and professional throughout the entire process.
It’s refreshing to see such excellent customer service at Domino’s, and it made the experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to Hannah and the team—I’ll definitely be coming back! For more delicious pizza

Two pizzas and bread sticks arrived cold on delivery. The pizza box looks like someone sat on it, the whole top is crushed in. This is the worst pizza place I’ve ever ordered from.

I ordered the build your own bowl because they stopped selling my favorite one. It was the one without meat. The ingredients were simply slopped on top of each other and the sauce tasted like old tomato paste. It was disgusting. I also ordered the spinach and cheese strips and they were okay, maybe a 5/10. They were GREASY! A few hours later, my stomach began to turn and I woke up violently “offering the food back to the world.” This will be my LAST time patronizing Domino’s.
Vegetarian options: Go elsewhere.

I went to get my pizza 25 mins after ordering and they had not even started it yet. This is at 5pm with 5 staff members working and no other customers in the store. The pizza was also bad with toppings completely unevenly distributed and not cooked fully. It's a shame as for a Dominos this looks like a clean and newer store compared to the other local ones but I think I'll go back to Stella Link or Kirby as at least they can make a pizza in the time stated and cook it correctly.

The Bellaire location on Bissonnet Street is hands down the best in my area (NRG/Med Center). Stella Link is the location closest to me, but they NEVER get my order right! Once, it was even COLD (I still don't get how that happened). James, the manager at the Bellaire location, is doing things right!
They are already at a 3.0 so this is probably redundant. Pan pizza was undercooked, had to finish cooking it at home. I ordered a chicken pizza but you can count the pieces of chicken. Shut this location down. Stat.

The pizza tracker is a sham. I ordered a pizza through the app and selected curbside delivery. When I got to Domino’s and alerted them to my arrival, no one came out. It turns out that even though the pizza tracker showed my pizza being prepared, baked, quality checked, and be ready, it was never made. Was offered no more than just a shrug. I opted to wait for my pizza to be made. The pizza I then received had missing toppings and was not made the way I ordered. I’m highly disappointed as my family and I frequent Domino’s.

To whom it may concern 09/8/2024 Me & Brother Tried To Order From This Location 5204 Bissonnet and received the most disrespectful unprofessional customer services/ delivery driver very disgusting and rude . If its at 2.9 and you must see the reviews you can see us customers are not lying about service here at this location.. my brother also was charged TWICE will share thoughts on Twitter And All Platforms so the Houston area will know about this particular location. James needs to reevaluated and retrain on customer service along with the delivery driver that keeps answering the phone and hanging up on the customers when we just wanted to ask for information of regarding district manager because it is not corporate it is franchise.
