I’m gonna start by saying this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to that I liked. I am gonna leave some critical feedback because I’m a little bit stressed about this tiny detail.
Whenever I put in my order for Dunkin’ Donuts, I pay extra for cold foam and by the time I get my drink, I assume that it was like melted or something I got tired of asking them to add more cold foam.
Today I placed my order and waited, and it was still the same amount of cold foam. Almost nonexistent.
Can we please get something done about this paying extra for cold foam and receiving this is just unacceptable numerous times.

Dunkin’ is disgusting. They served me burnt, old food that tasted like it was cooked in dirty oil.
I talked to the manager and even contacted corporate. Nobody cared. They were more worried about not giving a refund than fixing the fact they served trash.
This place is nasty, lazy, and clearly doesn’t care about customers or cleanliness. Do yourself a favor—go anywhere else.

Stopped at the Baskin Robbins on Bellaire Blvd in Houston tx. The store clean a lot of chives. I had a scoop of cherry jubilee w a waffle cone and it was delicious

I visit the place once a week and I have always seen how one of the cashiers is rude and despotic and makes fun of how Hispanic people pronounce the words when ordering the donuts, she is not friendly at all and it is uncomfortable to witness making fun of her just because there are people who do not speak English 😡

I've been a fan of dunkin donuts for years. I must say this location is one of the worst I've ever been to. This location lacks customer service and I definitely will not be returning to this location. Customer service is everything in America. It can either drive your business or destroy it. I will be taking my hard earned American dollars elsewhere.

This location, lacks customer service decency atmosphere. My husband called me in tears from the parking lot because all he wanted after the first half of his hard shift was a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee on his lunch break the barista watch the door gets slammed on his face. Watch the door be slammed on him by a homeless person get knocked all over him, All over the floor, she didn’t offer to remake it or even help him with napkins. She watched, laughing and snickering. You think somebody would remake it having Customer service Skills or decency you have to make another one. It wasn’t our fault. You can purchase other one This store lacks human decency, customer service skills cleanliness in class. I will never go back to another Dunkin’ Donuts not even a Sabrina Carpenter herself asked me to you have lost two lifelong Dunkin costumers
