Coffees was terrible, beans have been roasted to much leaving a terrible burned flavor on both my cup and my wife's cup. Since they are a separate franchise. They have space to seat inside, unfortunately there is no chairs you most seat outside by the trash can, coffe taste like sugar and water, very disappointing , plus some unfiltered coffe dust in the bottom of my cup

Visited the location on 11/12, The young girl with the glasses Viola clearly has an issue. I would like to start by saying she is disrespectful because she was holding out my sandwich & my drink and she placed it on the counter two separate times when I went to reach. She charged me for a dome lid, every little thing, she charged me. I go to Dunkin at least twice each week FOR YEARS & more during the fall & winter and I’ve NEVER EVER had to pay extra For what she charged for. I literally pay extra on 3 different items. It’s almost as she was receiving a commission. It seemed personal & the other employees seemed clueless about what she was doing. Also, I’ve been here before and was never charged extra. But I can bet you, I will not be back. Viola ruined it.
