Typically, I have a good experience at this location, but today 5.29.25 4:10pm was definitely not the case there was no greeting and there was a young lady who was wearing two bracelets that were touching the ice cream that is very unsanitary and unacceptable!

I was really disappointed with my latest experience here. Last Friday for my son's Birthday Party, I ordered a custom cookie cake with M&Ms (which he specifically requested). I go to pickup the order before the party, and realized they never added the M&Ms.
I go back to the counter to mention this, and they don't even acknowledge or admit that they didn't write this down or messed up. All I get is a rude "M&Ms are $10 extra and it's going to take an hour to make the cake"
Well that was an hour I didn't have because the party was about to start, so now I have to deal with disappointing my kid with not getting what he asked for. I understand people make mistakes, but some kind of ownership or consolation for the issue would've gone a long way.
Then later that evening after everyone's left, I finally get around to eating and have a piece of the cake -- it was AWFUL!! TASTED OLD AND STALE!! I was mortified this was the dessert I offered. No wonder over half of it was left over. There were 40 people at this party...the cake should've been gone!! So whatever remained went straight into the trash. The cake cost $40.99 + tip. For that price I could've went to Nothing Bundt Cakes or anywhere that takes pride in what they make, and been given an amazing product to serve at the party that everyone would've enjoyed.
So my PSA to all is: find yourself another spot for dessert!! Your time/money/effort all get wasted here and no one cares.

Madia ,Cynthia , and Abrianya, we're amazing workers they we're very nice. Cookies were fresh, and the ice cream is delicious. I love this place. The atmosphere was very welcoming. 10/10 highly recommend. Little Pricey, you get what you pay for worth it.

Odd, marginally maintained location. Limited seating. A family of four was there, and would have been cramped if we stayed. Walk-up, counter service, Charged $15.13 for two small scoops of ice cream - no toppings. With awkward card reader enforced tipping, my total was $18. Next time I'll wander across the street to the grocery store and get 2 half-gallons of blue bell for a better experience and save a couple of dollars.

This place is disgusting. I walked in not paying much attention to the sitting area. Once I ordered I went to sit with my kids and starting to look around since it was my first time there. The tables were dirty the trash can was all full of ice cream. The windows were dirty. I couldn't even finish my ice cream cookie. I left right away. I couldn't belive how nasty this place was. I don't know who the owner is but he/ she needs to clean up the place. And clean house. Don't recommend.

If I could choose zero stars, that's what I'd give this place. I ordered my son's favorite cookie cake for his birthday and when I picked it up it was totally INCORRECT. To top it off, they told me the manager made it!!!!! AND they were unable to issue a credit or refund unless the manager was there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hmmm...my receipt stated EXACTLY what I ordered. Thanks for ruining a milestone birthday! Did I mention it tasted HORRIBLE too? Well, it did!!!
