We recently moved to the area and decided to give this place a try. The brisket, ribs, bbq sauce and sides (cole slaw, fried onion rings and okra) were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was low key and service was top notch. Will definitely be back next time we are in the mood for some good bbq.
Simple, no-fuss diner with amiable staff. Ignore the photos of the menus on this Google page; the prices have increased by about 2 or 3 dollars for each item since then. I ordered a beef sandwich and peach cobbler; the total price was 15.70, but they accepted 15 dollars. I like the concept of a meat-only burger and the peach cobbler was not too sweet with a great texture. Muchas gracias!
The bq beef was good,but not the best. I asked for slice, but got chop bq beef. The bread seems old, not fresh.The frys weren't good. I notice they dip the old fry into the hot oil. The best they got was peach cobbler. I haven't seen any other customer at all. I started to understand the reason.
