Houston Catering Concepts does an awesome job for us every time! I always receive many compliments on the food from the event attendees. The logistics of parking and unloading/delivering the food to our various locations is usually awkward on our end but the Houston Catering team always makes it work! They do a great set up and the food is always cold or hot as needed :). They help with planning the menu and various other details all along the way. I highly recommend their services!

Houston Catering Concepts has catered many breakfasts and lunches for our elementary school. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Riana and Michael are easy to work with and execute any idea I throw their way. Our teachers and staff are always blown away that they keep coming up with unique tasty meals for them. I HIGHLY recommend using Houston Catering Concept for your next event they will not disappoint!!

I just had to write a review as a "shout-out" for Felicia in the Hillcroft location bakery. She is a breath of fresh air, a pleasure to do business with, and makes the interaction feel personal and caring. Love that she is now on the bakery team! What a great hire!

Outstanding food and prices. Ordered Thanksgiving plates for 3 and was enough to feed 6. The food was packaged great and delicious.

Ordered a few for items for Thanksgiving. The cornbread stuffing was almost a purée. Really disappointed:(

We used Houston Catering Concepts for our unit's holiday food delivery and, from the very beginning, it was pure professionalism. It's not easy delivering to the Med Ctr but the process with them was SO easy and friendly and our food got here HOT. We will DEFINITELY be using them for ALL our food orders going forward. EXCELLENT service. The food was delicious and it helped that they carefully packed each meal individually. Not all our clinical staff can break at the same time so being able to grab their lunch and go made it super easy for everyone.

Their customer service is next level. We used their catering services for a work event, and the event coordinator from my office left before expensing (so the receipts were lost). I emailed Houston Catering Concepts almost a month later to get the receipts and they responded within a day!

We were hosting an out of town conference and took a chance with Houston Catering for our meals. BEST decision ever!! Communication prior, during and post event was outstanding. They not only met all our needs but exceeded them. The set up crew was not only prompt but the presentation was also top notch. The service went above and beyond in meeting our personal Covid-19 protocols and even helped with personal labels for our attendees. I happily recommend them to anyone hosting an event in Houston!
