Had an issue with a third party delivery order and after leaving feedback I received a call from John who immediately ackowledged my concern, and sincerely offered a fair resolution. Things happen, nobody's perfect, and I really appreciate the way he handled the situation and made things right!

I've had the distinct pleasure of visiting this location twice. Both times I was greeted and served by John Carrillo - General Manager. He has an amazing team and his leadership/kindness shines beyond any expectations I could ever have from a food establishment! The quality, the atmosphere and the customer service is AMAZING!

Thanks John, you made my day 100x better than it was before I walked in your location both times!

Again, John comes through for us. He, Vicky, and a young man I had not yet met.

Of course, John knows how to prepare an exquisite Jersey Mike’s sandwich.

Incidentally, kudos to Jersey Mike’s for placing John in the number one spot as manager of that wonderful Bellaire location eatery.

Our return shall be expedient. Thank you, John, for making every visit a pleasure.

Yet i love their sandwiches i was clicking up one for my daughter for her tournament tomorrow and it was 2 minutes til and was til they were closing. I only had three things on the sandwich and totally respectect other people time but i felt like the did care. I guess that is America now. No one helping each other… so sad. A simple sandwich shop could not let me on minutes before closing . America at our greatest or not

First off, I am giving 5 stars because the food was awesome, and the manager was very helpful. I am not going to completely fault the manager or the man who prepared our sandwiches for the unpleasant experience we had yesterday. They were both friendly and courteous. But an *extremely* entitled woman who came in after us, and who recognized me from my job, decided she was in more of a hurry than we were. She told the manager she had five minutes to get to work, and that we were ahead of her but it was okay because she knew me. The manager began making her sandwich but then told the guy who was still making our two sandwiches to finish making hers first. I truly believe the manager assumed we told her that it was okay for her to cut the line, but he really should have asked us to make sure. After she left, we asked why they helped her first, and were told she was a regular customer, and that's when he realized she had bamboozled him into thinking we had said it was okay to go ahead of us. Though we didn't ask for anything other than an explanation as to why she was allowed to cut in front of us, the manager took half off our order to make things right. So kudos to him!! We will surely return to this Jersey Mike's❣️

Where do people come off thinking that their time is more valuable than others, or that because they're regular customers or because they *know* someone, that they should get first priority? She bullied and tricked that manager! And btw, I don't really know her personally; she's just one of many customers who shop where I work. If she reads this, I hope she will learn a lesson about being courteous and patient, and not being rude and entitled.

John and Tyree are sandwich gurus. John masterfully ran the grill cooking the best cheese steak I’ve had while Tyree showed his davinci level art skills stacking the perfect italian sub.

YA KNOW, I'M A BIG BACON SANDWICH FAN. AND WHEN I ORDER A BACON SANDWICH THAT I PAY TO HAVE EXTRA MEAT AND EXTRA BACON PUT ON THAT'S WHAT I EXPECT. THAT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED. I PAID $24 (WITH DELIVERY) FOR A SANDWICH WITH 4 SLICES OF BACON ON IT - BASICALLY A BACON-FLAVORED SANDWICH. I GUESS YOU CAN'T GET A DECENT BACON SANDWICH IN HOUSTON WITHOUT MAKING YOUR OWN (I USED TO LOVE WHICH WICH BUT THE ONE BY ME IS CLOSED NOW). HELLA DISAPPOINTED. NEVER AGAIN.

I REVIVING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE THE SAME THING JUST HAPPENED. YOU CAN'T HAVE ANY MORE OF MY MONEY.
