Worst experience ever. Bread was all on the floor in the back wish I had taken photos. The girl making the sandwich was too lazy to spread out my mayo and relish. Do better next time please. Also ordered online and it said it would be ready time we got there and the lady said oh I didn’t see it print out.

Going to this Jersey Mikes location is always a pleasure I get greeted by warm welcomes every time I come in. Today I walked in 30 minutes before close to see Adam and John working on a large order. As I walked Adam greeted me with that same big smile and asked what he could get started for me. I looked at the bread options and noticed I didn’t see any rosemary bread so I asked if they had any and John looked up and say yes they just made some and it was in the back. John looked over and asked if I was going to have my usual #9 and I told him yes. He asked me if I would like it Akki’s way as that is my joke to them every time they as me for mikes way and I say I don’t know Mike. Adam went and got it started and John finished it off. Seeing how today was a rough day it was rejuvenating to have to people in such good spirits share pleasantries with me. I appreciate Adam and John for going beyond their job and making this experience more meaningful than usual.

My gut feeling told me to walk out. The counter was filthy. Food was thrown everywhere and I’ve never seen it like this. Employees were so sub-par with service. And the worst part… my Philly cheese steak made me sick as hell. I had never had a #56 put together so quickly (it usually takes about 8 minutes because you have to actually cook the meat. This one came out in 3 minutes. I shouldn’t have eaten it- but I did and got violently ill in about an hour after. Shame on y’all. I’m willing to bet a lot of people got sick today. I’m never coming back to this location ever again and I don’t care what the hell they offer me to make this up. The other locations around Houston are fantastic with great employees. This location absolutely sucks and has sucked ever since the original owner sold it off to someone new.

The sandwiches are good but if I order multiple sandwiches with names in the “who is this for?” line in the App… I really need y’all to actually start writing the names onto the sandwiches, otherwise we don’t know who they belong to. This has happened at least 5 times.

*Edit: Reduced to 3 stars. Y’all keep mixing up or not writing the names even though they are clearly written in the app order. Last time two of them were made wrong. Y’all need more training for app orders. We order from you guys every week, would appreciate more attn to detail.

I love the subs here, the Bellaire location

Jersey Mikes in Bellaire is the best!! They always have a great attitude and make the best sandwiches out of all of the locations. Josh is always there with the awesome service and never disappoints! Will be a customer here forever

alfredo was so kind the whole time, my sandwich was made so flawless it didn’t stand a chance, ate as soon as i sat in my car, mike can always have his way with me, 10/10 experience, and thankful for my cookie :)

Can’t NOT douse a sandwich in mayo. I have an egg allergy. I love their sandwiches. I can NEVER order a sandwich without having them remake it. If I order it delivered, I can’t eat it. To be clear, I order it WITHOUT mayo. So disappointing.
