Very clean! Plenty of seating available. Friendly staff/manager. Well stocked on yogurts and toppings. Out of warm caramel but manager filled dispenser right away. No complaints, great experience!
Today I just had the BEST customer service experience at Menchies hands down my favorite new spot now! Angelique was incredibly kind and sweet and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She greeted me with a huge smile and Not only was her service was very amazing but she is also absolutely lovely inside and out and the energy made the whole visit even better. Seriously if you’re looking for the best frozen yogurt and the sweetest service this is the place to go . Big shoutout...
Came here with my girlfriend, and its a cute little small place, the service was amazing, we asked questions and the server answered every single one of them, she was such a nice a lady!
