I was incredibly taken aback with an interaction I had at this location (in a bad way). I walked up to the line to have my pizza start being prepared—with the employee listening to me give instructions on what I wanted to have as toppings—and finally made it to the payment part. The pin pad asked me if I’d like to leave a tip, and since nothing else had been done for me aside from the staff fulfilling the bare minimum of their employment obligations (make pizza), I decided to hit “no tip.” I was completely astonished after the employee then proceeded to ask me “oh you didn’t want to leave a tip??”
Like no, that’s why I hit “no tip”
That was incredibly out of line for me to be asked that in front of other customers and staff, and I sincerely hope it doesn’t happen again. Be better.

The food was so amazing. We had the meat lovers pizza. The pizza was fresh the toppings were on point. The dough was just right, and i would highly recommend this place. The atmosphere was awesome they we're friendly and welcoming. Mark was my pizza maker, and he did his Thing he was very polite and made my day. I would give this whole experience a 1000/10.

I visited MOD Pizza today and was disappointed by the experience. The staff was rude and inattentive, which really impacted the overall atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.

I'm not overly fond of the Mod Pizza Franchise, but this location is excellent. I can never get what I want on a pizza in a group, and these 11" brick oven pizzas with unlimited toppings are an amazing value.
