I got an açaí bowl this morning and it tastes like water. They put so much ice that you don’t taste the fruit at all. After few mins the water and pulp started to separate. I thought it will taste as the pictures but I was disappointed.

This was my new go to spot until this morning I placed an order online and arrive as soon as they opened and was greeted with an attitude. I overlooked it and got my order with wasn't how I ask for it.I watched them make it and forgot an ingredient which she swore she added. I asked for more agave. Rachel proceeded to tell me btw that is an extra $1. I said ok let me give u a $1 and she said were cashless. I said they never charge me and I came everyday last week. I asked her her name and she told me the manager was on vacation. I hate this because my coworkers and I was starting to go here a lot! :(.. She was so rude the other customer looked and I walked out.! Bad bad customer service.

Options are great. Staff is great. Wait time is great. I do have a concern regarding cleanliness. Last week as I was picking up my order, I noticed two small roaches walking around on the counter where the spoons/napkins and cinnamon/pepper shakers are kept. If there are roaches on the customer pick up counter by the juicers, I shudder to think about the insect issue around where the food is stored and the counter where the orders are being prepared. I did manage to take a couple pics but they truly are gross and the business is a good business otherwise. I'm just so disappointed because this was our go-to for a quick juice or smoothie.

This location is my favorite. It feels like a local juice bar and not a chain. The staff is always kind, patient, and helpful. I love the decor, and the library is an amazing addition.Keep up the good work!

A roach crawled across the counter as I was going to pay and the girl at the register didn’t react at all. I had to tell her to kill it. She seemed very confused, lol. I still purchased a peanut butter bowl and they made it wrong. Once I went back in for a refund, the other girl with the glasses was super rude. She did not interact, no eye contact, no words spoken. She seemed annoyed. A roach, no customer service skills, and can’t make the order correctly? Some people should not be working in the service industry.Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Midtown.

Come to this location at least once a week found hair in my açaí bowl more than once brought it to the attention to the tall heavy set guy and the last time i came in for a bowl he was rude whispered a comment to the lady that was working. Not only did i feel so uncomfortable I was scared to eat my bowl. The lady just kept looking at me with a smirk.
