5 star deserved. Best pho I’ve ever had in U.S. highly recommend its egg rolls and bun bo hue, my favorite at this restaurant. Prices are slightly higher than the same restaurant in Sugarland.

Got here 12:10 it was a little early before the rush came in, two tables came in after me. I came a lone other tables where 2+ somehow everyone’s else food came before mine it’s 12:42 still no food and everyone got there food. Not supper full so don’t understand the delay. Looks like only 2 main servers everyone else is running the food. 12:46 barely got my food have to be back at work at 1 idk maybe not lucky this time around.

Best place ever the fresh lemonade was so delicious also the coco juice 10/10

I attended this location for the first time on a Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and the overall aesthetic of the restaurant. The service was quick and efficient and the food was delicious. The only complaint I had was the price of the food was slightly higher than there other locations. I decided it was so good I should stop on the way home from work and pick up a large chicken pho to go. As I was picking up my order I asked for more limes and siracha. The person checking me out processed to charge me 25 cents per lime wedge and siracha packet. I asked him why he was charging me extra and he let me know it was a new policy they were adding. There were no signs anywhere about the new policy on top of me just visiting the location and not getting charged for extra limes. I frequent the Sugar Land location often and have never been charged extra. I took it upon myself to call the Sugar Land location to verfiy that was true and the lady who picked up let me know there would be no extra charge. Take this story as you wish. I will continue to vist the Sugar Land location as it is my personal favorite and would recommend if it is your first time trying a Pho Ben location.

I had their pho, sliced pork lemongrass, and the shrimp spring rolls. All the plates were delicious. The service was fast even though it was busy during lunch.

Messed up my order, told them no onions specifically but they still put onions in my food.
I had their bun bo hue, and I agreed with the other reviewer about this that it has zero flavor at all.
There were like 2 slices of pork and 4 slices of beef in total in it, I would never come back.

It was a great lunch experience. The broth tasted great without MSG (uncle Roger may not agree?) but I like the taste of original broth. The sides of basil and sprouts were well prepared as well. The interiors were so relaxing and classy. We enjoyed our visit there and will go again.

This is the third location we've enjoyed. My wife and I shared some Vietnamese fried egg rolls, crispy and oh so good. My wife got her usual wonton egg noodle soup (Mi Hoanh Thanh), she couldn't finish it so she brought the leftovers home and had it for supper. They give you a tall styrofoam cup as a togo container which is topheavy....maybe they could swap over to a better container. I went with a beef banh mi sammy, this was very chewy. I did remember to order a fried egg to go on top. They always cut my sammy in two but they never finish the cut. Loved everything my wife got and my Vietnamese iced coffee. I'll order the egg noodle soup next time. We will be back for more goodies.
