We were introduced to this restaurant by a friend and decided to return with another group. I made a reservation a day in advance and received a confirmation the morning of our visit, which seemed promising. However, just two hours before our scheduled time, I received a message that our reservation had been cancelled due to a private event.
This was incredibly frustrating. Did they not know about the private event when they confirmed my reservation earlier that day? Or did they choose to cancel our table for three in favor of a larger party? Either way, the last-minute notice left us scrambling for alternatives. The lack of professionalism and consideration was disappointing.

Very nice speakeasy with italian vibes. The live music was mice and not too loud so we can talk. The drinks were balanced. The calamari and pizza were amazing. A little pricey but worth it for the ambiance. Will be back for sure
I can’t say enough good things about Naveen and The Rossa Room! Naveen is incredibly kind, professional, and his customer service is truly unmatched. His attention to detail and deep knowledge makes the entire experience seamless and special. There’s a reason I chose to celebrate my special occasion at The Rossa Room over any other place, not just because it’s absolutely stunning, but because Naveen has been exceptional every step of the way. He genuinely cares, and it shows. Highly recommend!

Made my reservation on Open Table, before going I read all the details….paying particular attention to the dress code (casual). The day of I got a text from I think a manager confirming and just asking a few follow up questions and everything seemed good to go.
When we arrived, we were dressed causal and walked to our table by the hostess. As we were seating a gentleman came up to us and said “unfortunately” we couldn’t stay because we were out of dress code. I told him that Open Table stated casual and he said well they had new management and we couldn’t stay.
We left and went next door to Enoteca Rossa and had a phenomenal time.
I loved the ambiance and food!!
