What the hell is even this? Customer service was great but how did she not notice the weiner was stuck to the bag. This is gross and cant be eaten at all. She had the paper bag on the counter before placing it into a plastic bag. Im not trying to get sick but PLEASE tell your staff to check the food theyre giving out. Yalls food aint cheap to be making these type of mistakes. Yall will get someone sick bot paying attention how food is being handle Im curious to how we even get refunds for mistakes this?

MOLDY DO-NUTS!!! Disgusting! Went in for a refund and was only refunded 1 donut I ate one bite and realized it had mold. They only refunded 1 donut greedy and awful given they both mold absolutely disgusting. Never again!

“Terrible experience at this Shipley Do-Nuts. The manager closed the drive-thru window in my face, told me it’d be 30 minutes for service, and refused to refund me. She couldn’t fulfill my order, tried forcing two glazed donuts as a sub (which I rejected), then argued about charging me extra for a kolache or fritter instead. Waited over 40 minutes for ‘fast’ food while the staff sat on their phones. She wouldn’t give her name—just said she’s the manager—and they spoke Spanish the whole time I complained, clearly avoiding me. Rude, slow, and unprofessional. I work early and have two other jobs; I don’t have time for this crap!
Their beignets were small and good. Got 12 for $5. The hot chocolate was a tad too sweet.
Parking: The parking lot and strip shopping center it is in are grungy, like most of Houston! However, the store is fine inside.

This location claims to be "open". But it's not. If you get here anytime before 5 am nothing is available or ready. I've recommended this location to several people. We all have the same experience. How embarrassing of me to offer a location. I will never try this location again. I wanted to try to employees for valentines day but so much for trying to rely on this place.

I went to get donut holes for my kids before school and they gave us donut holes that had to be at least 3 days old. So hard ? to chew. I expected better. The Shirley's in rougher areas of the city give out much fresher donuts
