Donuts are at least a day or two old. The donut holes also have little to no sugar so basically a plain bread. Wouldn’t go there again.

I don’t always expect the donuts to be hot, but I would expect them to be fresh. Twice I have been there in each time very disappointed won’t be back. That is a little hard to believe. I’m sure at some point in time you do have to make donuts daily but when I tell you, they’re not fresh, they are not fresh. You guys have got to do better and maybe work on some of those attitudes in there.

I like coming to this location because the employees are always friendly and so are the customers.It's clean and they get you in and out pretty quickly.Prices are much higher now than a few years ago ($19 for 4 s/c kolaches & 12 donut holes). I do wish they would cook/bake their kolaches a little bit longer. The kolaches are served warm but the dough wasn't cooked/baked all the way through, so I had to pop them into my air fryer when I got home. Maybe next time I'll get to enjoy a kolache on the way home in peace before all of the kids get to them when I get home and none are left for me. 😩😁 I'll still keep going to Shipleys until I can't, no matter what.

I wanted to not believe it because the service I've received here was always nice, but after looking at comments of other customers receiving old/stale donuts - I feel like my family was given donuts with mold on them. I wish I took more pictures of the other donuts before messing with them. We tried to pick at the spots in case it was just icing or something from other donuts, but after taking it apart I feel like it's mold they just glazed ove 🤢
If you visit be prepared to give attitude back don't let her belittle you ?. The front lady has problems. Who is so angry at 6 am. Like the lady just wakes up angry at the world.

Concerned the recipe of the donuts is not right. This is the only Shipleys location I've ever questioned if the recipe is off. The donuts were hot and fresh but they were super dense. Even when they turned cold they tasted off. Very hollow and crispy. They are usually spongey texture and soft. Won't visit this location again!
