My friends and I always come to this Starbucks, and it honestly feels like our little hangout spot now! The staff here are super nice and always so welcoming — they remember our orders and even ask how our day’s going. The drinks are always made perfectly, and the place is clean and cozy every time we visit. It’s the perfect spot to sit, talk, study, or just relax with friends. We’ve been coming here for a while and never had a bad experience. Definitely one of the best Starbucks locations around! ☕💚

Moments ago I felt discrimination and rejection from the person who was serving in the store just because I needed to go to the bathroom before ordering, and obviously I went to the store because I wanted to drink coffee there and have breakfast anyway, I think he saw my Hispanic appearance and discriminated against me, I recommend to the Hispanic public not to visit that store, they are racist

I had an incredible experience at Starbucks thanks to Andrew and Xavier! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine smiles and a welcoming attitude. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, and their friendly, professional service made my visit feel extra special. It’s rare to see such great teamwork and customer care, but they nailed it. Because of their outstanding service, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went to pickup my mobile order, got into the store not a soul was able to say hi whenever I was getting in, meaning ANYONE could just go in and grab any drink and this people wouldn’t know. Usually morning staff are great, but in the afternoon, make sure to make a prayer before going in an deal w this type of service. Been a customer for years, would look for a different place now. Not to mention drinks are expensive.

Probably the worst Starbucks in Houston, in terms of service and location. Hopefully when their lease is up, they will find a new location. Accident induced parking lots. Extremely limited parking spots. Slow and inadequately trained staff. Ignoring customer at the cashier , while chatting up with a customer who already ordered a while ago.
