I had an incredible experience at Starbucks thanks to Andrew and Xavier! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine smiles and a welcoming attitude. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, and their friendly, professional service made my visit feel extra special. It’s rare to see such great teamwork and customer care, but they nailed it. Because of their outstanding service, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went to pickup my mobile order, got into the store not a soul was able to say hi whenever I was getting in, meaning ANYONE could just go in and grab any drink and this people wouldn’t know. Usually morning staff are great, but in the afternoon, make sure to make a prayer before going in an deal w this type of service. Been a customer for years, would look for a different place now. Not to mention drinks are expensive.

Probably the worst Starbucks in Houston, in terms of service and location.
Hopefully when their lease is up, they will find a new location.
Accident induced parking lots. Extremely limited parking spots.
Slow and inadequately trained staff.
Ignoring customer at the cashier , while chatting up with a customer who already ordered a while ago.

I asked for my military discount and they told me, They didn't know how to do it, and I come almost all the time and I've never had a problem ?

Yes, they got all the ingredients into the cup. However, they were not mixed properly and there was a layer of extra syrup on the bottom of the cup even after mixing. Request for less syrup was ignored as well and was over sweet for my taste. Why even bother making changes to a mobile order if it’s completely ignored?

Sabrina the manager was very nice, quick and good at her product knowledge & upselling. I would come back just because of how welcomed she made me feel! She also works very hard!

Vegetarian options: I also get one of the protein boxes, the pesto and egg sandwich, impossible sandwich or a spinach and feta wrap. Love the options for kombucha or a protein shake!

The owner was very personable and suggested a blend for the frozen coffee drink. The staff were new and still learning the recipes. However, they were nice and provided good customer service.
