Just witness a customer drink had a long black hair in her drink. Sothe customer ask to remaje her drink and the associate uae the same cup. He look like a thug not wearing no hair net very sloppy. I happened to see the district manger sirting down very chill. So i approched him and explained the situation he went to talk to the associate anout the problem. Then back to me and said he had got a new cup. Which hi lied I watched the qhole thing. So its very true about Starbucks there filty and dirty. DONT go there!!!! Just watching how slippy and dirty they are.

I went to this starbucks every day for over a year now only to be charged for my refill for the first time from some random employee that decided to do things different than everyone else knowing I come there daily. Told them I'd have to go to other coffee shops if I couldn't get the refill discount that every other coffee shop does including other Starbucks and she refused and said to spend my money at the competition. She ran off at least $100 a month at this location yesterday.

Ordered a venti shaken espresso, asked for them to fill it to the rim since I’m paying $6 for a drink. The cashier JJ said that’s how it’s supposed to be due to the foam-_- I’m an avid Starbucks customer, lies! They just didn’t want the hassle of doing another drink, but if you’re not gonna do it right the first time why should I have to reap the consequences SMH. 0 star on customer service from JJ, no sense of logic or critical thinking skills. Her solution was to pour more milk, my eye twitched I couldn’t believe the idiocracy. Her passive aggressiveness is going to make this business rating go even lower than it already is.

Fantastic location! All of the baristas are very kind and helpful! The customers, on the other hand can be quite rude and demanding, I was just waiting for mine and another customer changed his order completely and got upset it wasn't ready at the same time. I wish I could give THAT customer one star ?

This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The coffee was so disgusting, no flavor. The tables and floors was nasty and sticky. Employees was rude and unprofessional like they didn't want to do they jobs. I would not recommend this location.

Didn't have food unless coffee is your meal. I really like how they remodeled this location due to the small space.Parking: Don't be afraid to park along the street and walk up.Wheelchair accessibility: There are two handicap parking spots, both of which are van accessible.

Enployee was so rude. He yelled at me across the lobby after I waited for my drink. I ordered 3 items and my order was put out 1 item at a time. When I waited for my 2nd drink he ridiculed me for waiting. I had to ask him to stop talking to me out of sheer humiliation. Shameful!

I understand small capuchino is a small cop but when I open was have empty my cup only was have portion of the coffee inside my cup

Victor is an ANGEL. Super caring, I am feeling sick and he kindly gave me some tea on the house for me to try and kept treating me with high respect. I highly recommend this starbucks specially if Víctor is working there. He works Tuesday - Saturday (5am - 11:30am).

There's about 15 people standing outside waiting for them to open. They were supposed to be open 30 minutes ago. The very unprofessional thing is is they see people out here and don't even come out and let them know about the delay or when they will be open. It's very passive aggressive. This is the Starbucks on South Rice and Bissonnet. Another gentleman stopped by and said they do this often.

Coffee shops in big stores aren’t about a great dine in experience. These folks do a great job getting people in and out, are friendly and make a good cup of coffee. Might be hard to work in a Target but they did a great job.

Correct rating I would say. Who ever heard of a Starbucks having only 2 employees on a Saturday ‍. I wonder does Starbucks even look at their ratings...so they not care? Also-no drive through.
