One of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. They call it a “hamburger,” but it has nothing to do with beef or what a real hamburger should taste like. The texture and flavor were so strange that I honestly wouldn’t even give it to my dog.

The place feels like it’s on the verge of closing — no customers, run-down atmosphere, and the staff look unprofessional with no uniforms and a careless attitude. Service at the drive-through is painfully slow, even though I was the only car there.

The property itself is huge, but it feels wasted on this location. If management doesn’t step in, I wouldn’t be surprised if this Wendy’s shuts down soon. Absolutely disappointing.

I accidentally sent my mobile order to this store instead of the one near me, as for whatever reason it showed this location as closest despite being 14 miles away. Couldn't cancel through the app; and their support was already closed. This should of been an easy enough fix with a call to the store to cancel the order so I can reorder it at the Wendy's that's right up the street from me. After trying to call over 10 times, I ended up having to drive over 30 minutes away to pick up food that'd be cold by the time I'd get home just to have one the employee's giggle and let me know they don't pick up the work phone at this location for whatever reason? The guy even looked confused when I suggested they should maybe answer their phone if their location is accepting mobile orders. Not to mention they weren't even busy, it practically looked closed. Ridiculous.

First I ordered through the app some Nuggets and Ketchup Packets but when I got there to get my food they gave me spicy chicken nuggets and BBQ sauce I would ask them to fix it but was in a rush that day.
This other time I ordered here through the drive thru they told me to go up front and they'll give me my food and had to wait about 30 minutes for my food I parked my car and go inside so they could give me my order apparently where they make the fries was broken if they have just told me that I would've just ordered my food without fries so I didn't have to wait so long.

Got my order wrong three times, their drink machine drenched my whole left leg, and sprayed some kind of orange dye that won’t come off easily on my hand, and made me waste 30 minutes of my day because they can’t just get a bite-sized burger right in that much time.
