This was a out of the ordinary visit I don't know if they've changed cooks or what. I do know that our pizza was not like it had been in the past. The crust on the ends was hard it tasted like it wasn't done enough in the middle and when you moved your pizza off the pan it was left the condensation of water that made the center doughy and soggy a very very out of ordinary visit to Baris.usually and I have in the past a year and a half for 2 years ago my post about bears my review was out of this world but it just goes to show you how places change with time I don't know if they got a new cook or what but the pizza was not up to par like it had been before extraordinary. My wife and I picked up a spaghetti with meat sauce and a slice of mushroom pizza to go. The girl working the counter was friendly and cheerful. The spaghetti is reasonably priced and with the two rolls it comes with, provides enough for two meals. It is flavorful and satisfying. My wife enjoyed the pizza, especially the chewy crust. She did feel it could use some more tomato sauce. By the way, the "Express" in the name is for real. Our order was ready in minutes.

Wish there was more consistency across the brand. The bread was not like baris on valley mills.. The sauce was liquidy... Ingredient portions out of wack. Still good. Just not the same. Too bad.
I was in and out quickly, very friendly staff...I have been a customer of Barris Italian Restaurant for years.Mama Barris is one of the nicest ladies that i have met in my life time,and the sons are super nice also...The food just keeps me coming back,I had a manager that worked at my dealership who turned us on to this food years ago!! I am a customer for life.....Blessings to the Barris family members....
