I have visited this location 3 times and sadly the service was slow, which I have rarely experienced at a Chick-fil-A. Twice something was missing from my order and I never got the famous Chick-fil-A “My Pleasure” y’all should definitely do and try better!!

Edit...Not as fast of a drive thru as most but they're just as spot on as the rest. Never had an issue here be it take out, diner in or drive thru.

I ordered a 12 count meal and got an 8 count. Ordered a the new chicken sandwich that comes with mustard. Came with no mustard?

Order salad and chicken sandwich and Diet Coke and frosted lemonade on door dash the salad was so old and the lettuce wasn’t even green it was brown they gave cherry coke instead of Diet Coke and forgot the frosted lemonade when I called to speak to the manager she was very rude and said to either eat it or throw it out it wasn’t her problem if I wanted it right I should’ve drove there but I’m a truck driver and I will be calling corporate since the calls are recorded

I don’t usually leave reviews but the service I received at this Chick fil A truly deserves recognition. I had a minor issue with my order and Brittany, the manager, went above and beyond to make it right. She personally hand delivered the corrected meal, gave a full refund, and handled everything with genuine care and professionalism.
That kind of customer service is rare these days, especially in fast food. Brittany didn’t just fix the problem she made me feel like a valued guest. You can tell this location takes pride in doing things right and it starts at the top.
I come here specifically for the Cobb Salad. It never misses. Always fresh, always consistent. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and they’re quick without cutting corners.
This is exactly why I keep coming back. Great food, respectful service, and a team that actually cares. Big thanks to Brittany and the team for setting the bar high. Highly recommend this ChickfilA.
