Today I stopped by I-35 bakery and got a dozen cookies. I received 6 free not only were the cookies delicious the service was Great! Janet and Patricia went out of their way to help me. I would recommend this bakery to everyone!
Two problems: 1) Please FIX the awful SEWER smell! It has been a problem for months! 2) Bought several lemon bars yesterday to share with friends. They were rancid and smelled and tasted bad. Multiple people noticed it immediately and we decided to throw them away. Sad because you have a great business that is being ruined. Take action.

I am disappointed by the lack of service and proper communication I received. Came in with my partner at 7:30 pm. They close at 8. The employees' attitudes immediately weren't great, which I do understand since we were there 30 minutes before closing, but really?
We decided we wanted a prepackaged pie but we both needed to use the restroom, so we asked the employee at the counter if we could run to the restroom and purchase right afterwards, not thinking too deeply into it. The employee said "of course!" and I came back within a couple minutes. They were closing a register but I thought surely there must be another one open or one of them would have informed me that they were going to do this and we would be unable to purchase anything, but no. They stood there wordlessly closing everything as I waited in the chairs right in front of the counter for my partner to come out of the restroom and pay, which AGAIN, we told the woman at the counter we were going to do and she said it was fine.
My partner came out awhile later, about 7:50 pm due to nausea, and when we went to pay for our pie we were informed that everything was shut down and we couldn't purchase anything.
I hate to be like this because it WAS late, but closing all registers completely with NO WARNING *before* closing time after EXPLICITLY telling two customers they would be able to buy is really unacceptable customer service. The least you could have done is warn me, who was even sitting RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU, that you needed to close the registers and I needed to make a purchase right then or I would be unable to. No one said a word to me.

Best fresh cookies ever! Just cane in abt 20min ago and we were greeted by 4 different ladies. Every single worker had a smile on thr face and they gave my 1yr old daughter a free cookie of her choice. They had just made them so they were super fresh and warm. Definitely will b back soon!
Great experience, clean restrooms, Cheryl at the bakery counter was amazing. Highly recommend for a stop by or a quick charge!

It is not what it used to be. I was so excited to take my husband here for the first time. I grew up loving this place. But- I was so disappointed during this visit. I will never go again. We bought a cake and took it to share with our kids. Everyone agreed that it was awful. No one ate more than a bite. Everyone said they agree that it just isn’t the same quality or taste. If I had time to return it to Waco, I would have, just to tell them how terrible it was.

I watched the Documentary on Netflix about Collin Street Bakery and the corruption that was ongoing for years! I have never been a fan of Real 'Fruit Cake,' but in the movie it seemed like everyone liked it even people who have never liked it. That was very disappointing. I was hoping that I would love the Fruit Cake but I didn't.

Always 5-stars. Great tomato soup. Loved how clean this place is especially the bathrooms...delicious fruit cake plus staff. Full bakery. Come for lunch.
Had a nice little stop here to do a quick charge and grab some lunch. Nice friendly staff and very clean restaurants.

I give a low rating because the place while well appointed had almost all chairs with ripped leather. That was a big turn off for me. Breakfast sandwich was under par. Bakery items however were all very good
