Food is fine, but they are usually out of a lot of menu items and it appears that they simply need to make a store run, but nobody is available to do so. Waitresses are extremely apologetic, and it's not their fault, but their management is lacking. Management certainly needs to step up. Otherwise, the waitresses are always very welcoming and a pleasure to talk to (very sociable).

This has to be a joke. We came in at 10:26 am. and finally got our cold, undercooked food at 11:34 am. Over an hour for some nasty food. I would suggest you stay clear of this location. I do not recommend anything about it. Ihop is 1000 times better, and you dont have to wait all day for your food.

2nd time eating there this month. 1st time was done in. After waiting in the front for 15minuts, my friend has to go to the kitchen and ask to be seated. We got lousy service. This time we ordered take out, it was bell done and burnt. The eggs that were suppose to be over medium were cooked all the way through. The hash browns are burnt and look and taste like they were re-fried , someone's left over, Saturday in grease and rock hard. The triple cheeseburger extra mayo, burnt, no cheese nor mayo. I would rather drive across town to the other one in Waco rather than give this place a 3rd try. Nasty burnt food, lazy employees that do t want to do their job and have bad people skills. They don't know how to clean nor how to wait on customers. .

This is the worst restaurant in Waco. I have never had a worse Denny’s experience let alone having to pay for such terrible food. There were things floating the water, the bacon tasted like a rubber tire and the hash browns tasted like they were soaked in trash and then lit on fire.
