I’ve been calling since 5:47 pm when our order was delivered. I ordered at 4:54 pm online. I am on hold the entire time and after 50 minutes the automated call hangs me up. It’s not 9:16. I’m on my 5th back to back call with no pick up. Automated system only every time I’ve called for 50minutes straight with zero human pick up. I assume they are extremely busy but think of all the orders that we obviously missed.
