If I could rate it 0 stars i would. This is 3rd time coming to this jack in the box but I now know to drive the few extra miles to the one further into Waco. The overnight lady and Stefan I think his name is, are rude and mad disrespectful. Seriously need an attitude adjustment and definitely need to fix their roach problem.

Stephan J was very unprofessional and rushed everyone over the speaker so much so that a drink I ordered was missed at the order box, not given a total and when asked about the drink just kept saying “huh” “I can’t hear you” with his head out the drive thru window. Really sad.

The elderly lady that worked in the window tonight was deaf and was pretty rude I'm guessing because of her disability. She told me the price before tax so when i transferred that amount out i ended up having to tap pay like 4 times before a receipt was printed. She kept saying things under breath which i and my passenger heard. Honestly it's time for her to retire. Food was great tacos were sloppy but good.

If you door dash they keep the inside open all night for you to skip that long drive through line. Usually friendly service, and they get it out quick first try no remakes

Server Sharlene C. Was the worst jack in the box worker I have ever dealt with she is very rude. And doesn't know how to talk to customer. If you dont like the food industry maybe you shouldn't be working in food. I will not be going back to that jack in the box ever. She shouldn't be working there with the way she was talking me. She need to learn how to talk to customer. The whole service was the worst if I could give no stars I would. I will definitely be contacting corporate.

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My husband was ordering and speaking loudly for him and they were just rude as heck! My family got food and I went next door to Popeyes!
