The employees that were there tonight were so rude and unprofessional. They were closed at 8:45 and they don’t normally close until 10 . I went in there to pick up a online order and they said “ we’re closed that’s why the light is off”
When you get the wrong order & the so called manager Brandon was rude about it. He didn't care when I said I'd be making a complaint. He justified his rudeness because I was upset about the wrong order. Lots of horseplaying in the background of the call. Threw out GM & franchise owner names so I could make complaints because he didn't care. Guess it happens often and no repercussions.
