You stand in line for 15 minutes never to see a soul to help you no sodas no personal pans then why are you open this is horrible just go to Christie's burgers and you have a full staff to help for less price great people

Lady working today got mad at me for asking for a receipt after having to wait on my messed up order. Will not come to this location ever again. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. They definitely need an attitude check or a different job.

How come the lights are off and the doors are locked when the store is still open? I ordered carry out and that’s how I expected to receive my order but there was no way in. I was directed by an employee to use the drive thru after walking around to every entrance. I understand there might be a reason like cleaning but I’d hope there was a sign or some sort of way to tell customers drive thru is still open to pick up your online order. The store itself just looked closed. It was still at least an hour before close.

Manger very rude was early picking up order bye ten minutes she yelled that would not even start are till five minutes before pickup and there was no one was in front of us she went and went sat down

Ordered pizza on line at 515pm , order should have been ready for pick up at 6pm. Arrived at 6 associate said wings ready in 4 minutes, waited another 35 minutes for pizza and wings. I was told that they burnt pizzas and messed up orders that why I had to wait so long. Six vehicles behind me waiting on there orders. Poor service

Love eating here now, employees are sweet and funny when I pull up and basically make them decide on most things I just tell them the basic and let them go from there lol
Took my grandson's. They had personal pan pizza. They loved it. I had the veggie pasta with bread sticks. Everything was hot, not overcooked & tasted great. The restaurant was clean & organized. Personnel were very friendly & helpful.

Ordered Buffalo chicken melt and Chicken bacon Parmesan melt. Inside of melt was cold😡. Want be ordering anymore melts.
