The lady that took my order talked down on me for how I looked and dressed. She shouldn't have done that because now I will not come back to this pizza Hut ever. I will go to another one. That's how you lose customers lack of customer service. All because of how I looked and dressed she couldn't tell me they messed up on my order she had someone else do it. That is not okay.

Management is incompetent. Got to the store and had to wait Another 25 minutes for a pizza that cost more than what we ordered and, was smaller. Because they failed to contact us. Then lied straight to our face about it.

Placed an order this evening and, even after repeating it three times over the phone, it was still made incorrectly. When I got home and saw the mistake, I called and asked them to remake it. When I arrived, they still hadn’t started it, and I had to repeat my order yet again. The girl was new so I can give her that and she did apologize but the manager then decided to come to the window and acted as she didn’t even know what was going on.
What made the situation worse was the manager’s response. She told me she didn’t need to compensate me because I had paid for a cheaper pizza, and the pizza I was saying I was supposed to receive was more expensive. The complete lack of accountability and customer service was extremely disappointing. And only to find out that she is the GM, which makes the situation even more sad.
Some people are so lazy at these restaurants. I put in a online order and I asked for extra cheese, extra pepperoni and, extra sauce but they did neither one of them as you can see on the picture but then again, they may be low on items for the pizzas I don't know.

Placed a delivery order, was quoted 25-30 minutes, I called 15 minutes after the original estimated delivery and was told it’s on a warmer and will be headed out soon. I ended up waiting over an hour just to get cold pizza and a hair in my food. Called to get it fixed and was told I needed to take a picture of the hair and come up to the store and prove it, managers words. Who couldn’t even come to the phone might I add, manager was playing telephone with the employee on the phone, reasoning they were busy. And that was my second call after being hung up on the first time. Didn’t get names but I wish I had, trash service! Absolutely will not be ordering from here again. Horrible customer service. Honestly surprised it has a 3.6 rating, definitely should be lower.

I ordered deliver. Normal pizza with drinks. Drinks didn’t get delivered. I called they said they called me but I didn’t answer. There’s no missed call. Then they said they would give me credit to my account, that they don’t refund ? Scammed me out of 12$
