Awful service, they did not follow my order and then said,” Well I can’t fix it there’s nothing I can do about it”. Awful and rude people.

I always hate to give a bad review, but the people that work here are awful. As soon as we walk in the door, it seems that an employee is about to have an altercation with a belligerent customer. My wife had several questions at the counter which went ignored. Had another question when they brought our food, and the woman acted like she did not exist. To top it off, they left out my order and had to chase them down and overly explain that we did not get our food. After all this, I did not even taste the food. Will never come here again, and will gladly pass the word to anyone I know that is considering it. If you don’t have thick skin, a sidearm, or boxing gloves, this is not the place for you.

Pretty worthless employees. Stood at the counter to order for a few minutes, casher wouldn't even look at me, just kept walking by and stocking the condiments. Last time I'll stop in. Previous two times, the order was wrong, and the service was slow.

Waited in drive thru forever, only one car in front of me. Finally get to the speaker to order but was told to wait, so I waited then Finally I thought I was about to order, then she ask, are you paying with cash or credit card, I say credit card then she say well it's cash only in the drive thru then told me she had another customer and told me to hold again. I immediately became impatient and left out of the drive thru when I could. Terrible and unprofessional service. They weren't even busy! Plus, there was no sign anywhere stating cash only in drive thru.

I waited 41 mins for a door dash order that was out in prior to me getting here. Took the Cajun fries off my order and gave to someone in drive through. The place is a mess. The workers move with no purpose or a sense of urgency. Might single handedly be the worst ran establishment in all of Central Texas.
