Waited in drive thru forever, only one car in front of me. Finally get to the speaker to order but was told to wait, so I waited then Finally I thought I was about to order, then she ask, are you paying with cash or credit card, I say credit card then she say well it's cash only in the drive thru then told me she had another customer and told me to hold again. I immediately became impatient and left out of the drive thru when I could. Terrible and unprofessional service. They weren't even busy! Plus, there was no sign anywhere stating cash only in drive thru.

I waited 41 mins for a door dash order that was out in prior to me getting here. Took the Cajun fries off my order and gave to someone in drive through. The place is a mess. The workers move with no purpose or a sense of urgency. Might single handedly be the worst ran establishment in all of Central Texas.

This is the worst popeyes I ever try!!!! The service? Well it was no service!! 6 workers inside the place but the front and kitchen was empty, the when I ask for help they told me, we are not taking orders because we have a big 30pcs order off tenders!!! When I told them that I did a web order they just don't care! So please if someone from corporate see this place fill free to email me!!!!

The person who served me left me waiting for more than 30 minutes for my order before there was someone else before me, then I continued and 4 more customers arrived, he served them and gave them the first 4
They wouldn't take my Mobile order in the drive-thru and kept telling me to come inside but it's a one lane drive-thru so I couldnt... when I got to the window they kept telling me it's only on the front computer so I needed to come inside. So I parked and came inside just to see the SAME girl walk to the front register to take the order of someone in Drive-thru... after 10min the manager finally asked me how she could help and started tracking down my order where I heard her tell the staff it should have already been prepared by now. They just refused to help me. The manager was the only one getting things done!

We ordered our food they gladly took our money, then when we arrive 1 of the employees (who refused to tell us her name) told us they were closed and didn't even have what we ordered. They caught their fryers on fire and were very rude to us. Do not waste ur time or money here. I am definitely calling their corporate tomorrow.
