The worse of the worse to run a business . Food is good it’s Popeyes. However the Employees and service are always a negative bad experience. I went to the drive-through today and they told me it would be 10 minutes before they could even take my order because the lobby was full. Last time I went, they said it’ll be 10 minutes before my food will be ready. I drove off both times and didn’t orderUnfortunately, I’m not a fan of Chick-fil-A but it’s right next-door and they always have outstanding service

This place is absolute garbage. How do you have the lobby door locked during lunch time and then have 8 cars in the drive-thru waiting 20+ minutes. What makes it even worse is a random car pulled up in the parking lot and a guy gets out and walks up to the locked door and one of the employees proceeds to hand him 3 bags of food. Can't wait for the one by Baylor to open because I'd gladly drive the extra 10 minutes before I ever try this place again.

We went threw the drive threw and was told they closed at 10pm when clearly the drive threw was open till 11. It was before 10:30pm. They also did it to the people in front of us but never came to the window.

How a fried chicken place give away food that was oreded online and proceeded to tell us " we only have sandwiches" it was 8:25pm they close at 11 lobby locked too. The attitude of the employees there is unreal. If they dont want to work get rid of them already called corporate!!! And waited almost hour for food to be remade. They need to fire all and start over!!!

I haven’t even been able to get food at this location. Been here twice and both times at the drive thru the second I get up to the intercom I’m told to wait and they make me wait long enough that i end up leaving. Management and employees need to be replaced. I would give no stars if I could.

We stopped off for a quick meal to go on our way to Austin from Dallas. Nothing quick about it, it took a whole hour. We ordered ahead online but were asked to wait at the order screen and then asked to park at the door. We chose to just go inside and sit down where we waited another 15 minutes. The fish sandwich is what we came for, no difference in the spicy and regular. Also wet and mushy inside so we couldn’t really eat the whole thing just around the outsides where it was cooked. The free wings with online order WERE AMAZING! Best wings ever! We’d go to Popeyes again but NEVER this one! My sprite tasted like lake water (filter your stuff Popeyes!)Staff not helpful and felt we were inconveniencing them greatly. The wings were Awesome!
No customer service at all, they asked me to move to the window then to the door (i was literally the only one in line and no one dining in either), they only had like 3 options out of all menu, then i asked for Bbq… got NO Bbq, food wasn’t worth it. Definitely not coming back to this or any other Popeyes.

I tell everybody do not go to this Popeyes. It's a bunch of highschoolers that don't care about the food or customers. They close the lobby all the time. The chicken be stale old and dry. It's a lot of workers but they not working at all. Who is the district manager. Nobody doing there job at all. They all need to be fired. A couple of years ago I used to love coming to this Popeyes. Not anymore.

My wife does Uber Eats and we and two days in a row we got 2 40$ orders and a 15$ order and we had to cancel both of them because they closed up and left all of their systems on garbage place with garbage people if you want Popeyes the valley mills location is 100% more helpful
