I was disappointed with my recent visit. After paying for my order at the drive-thru, the employee working the window asked if she could keep my change. I found this unprofessional and uncomfortable. It’s one thing for a customer to choose to leave a tip, but it should never be requested directly. The food itself was fine, but the interaction left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience.

I was just a Shipley in bellmead and I get 2 ham and cheese kolaches and I could only eat half of the 1st one and I couldn’t eat the 2nd one because the 1st half of the bread was so soggy it fell apart and the 2nd one the whole thing was soggy and fell apart

Went by on the way through Waco and they no longer serve butterfly donuts. It has been years since we've been by, so maybe all of the Shipley locations no longer serve butterflies. The donut holes were squished and tiny - for $2.70 we expected fluffy, good-sized holes. Maybe this is inflation, but it's also the reason we rarely eat out since Covid. High prices, small portions, and apathetic service are going to kill the fast food and restaurant industry.

The donut is delicious here and recommended to try. However, the coffee was a shame, smelly (plastic like), and tasteless. I was so disappointed with such coffee.
