Management is rude. Staff is incompetent. Horrible service. Worst establishment I have ever been to honestly. Can’t even get one item orders right!! Always have an issue with their store in particular! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

These employees were RUDE! I tried to order and they made me go back around and order again, never responded to that order. I drove to a parking spot and had to repeat myself 3 times to get it right. The 2 girls were delivering orders and would not look at me. I had to wait 15 minutes to get my order. She took my $10.00, returned the bills and kept the change!

As a Doordasher, I can not stand this place to pickup from. They don't put food in the bag half the time and when they do they don't seal the bag like they are supposed to. When it comes to bringing out the drinks with the orders and it has 2 drinks or more they just bring the drinks without a drink carrier. This place needs to get it together. I should not have a customer looking at me crazy because this store doesn't want to do their job right. The customer should have their food in a bag that is sealed shut, and I shouldn't have to ask for a drink carrier if there is at least 2 drinks.

Horrible service worst experience and fast food of my life. I have just ordered a foot-long Chili cheese dog With a large onion ring and a large Sprite For starters, my sprite tasted like carbonation fully carbonated no Sprite just carbonation I spent three dollars for carbonated goulash they forgot my foot-long I paid 2176 on DoorDash and I tipped a dollar to Jesse who was my Dasher my onion rings were cold and tasted like grease on top of that, my man has yet to respond to my text could this day get any worse? I hope this business gets shut down to Mr. Joshua I despise you and your disgraceful restaurant happy Christmas Eve. I will be making a complaint to corporate. I am also getting a refund by the way good night

I got to the sonic. They were still open. I got out of my semi truck and walked up to the menu board to order.Trey thought it be funny to turn the lights out right when I pushed the order button. Trey answered. Sorry were closed. I didn't find it funny.
